Marvel Movies: Captain America: The Winter Soldier Official Poster released

Literally dropping a bombshell of a tease for the first of next year's wave of Marvel Movies for "Phase Two" of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel Studios, Walt Disney Pictures, and the official Facebook pages of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and (Update) Captain America have unleashed the brand new theatrical poster of Chris Evans' return as Steve Rogers/ Captain America in "Captain America: The Winter Soldier".

UPDATE: There are TWO VERSIONS of the poster apparently, and this one via the MCU FB page, this one with the title glossed over it!

Showcasing Steve/ Cap in what appears to be a S.H.I.E.L.D aircraft, he's clearly about to make a drop from the air, with him standing firm and strapping his trademark circular shield in his back. On the background is the S.H.I.E.L.D Hellicarrier, and what looks to be Washington DC and the capital on the ground.

Inspired on Ed Brubaker's stellar run on Captain America on the mid-2000's, Cap will be having his adventures this time around on the present day and working for the peace keeping taskforce, and an old ghost from the Soviet Union in the form of the Winter Soldier appears to clash with the Star-Spangled Avenger... With a secret that will spell conflict and dilemma for Steve Rogers.

The first trailer for the sequel debuts in two days time. For more infomation, visit the official Facebook page of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier lands in theaters next year on April 4, 2014.

Marvel Movies: Ben Kingsley teases "Secret Marvel Project"

"You'll Never See Me Coming..."

And it looks like Ben Kingsley may have a surprise up his sleeve.

After playing the *SPOILER* dual role of The Mandarin/ Trevor Slattery on Iron Man 3, it appears that work on the Marvel Cinematic Universe may not be done yet for the British actor. According to an interview from Belfast Telegraph, Kingsley teases the fact straight:

It’s a secret Marvel project. I’m not allowed to say any more, you’re going to have to wait and see… I was with many members of the crew that were involved in ‘Iron Man 3.’ It was lovely to see them again. It was great to be with this wonderful family… I think they have enormous taste as creative artists. There’s nothing lazy or gratuitous about their work. They are at the top of their game, and they’re great company to keep.

What that secret project is? It's anyone's guess.

May it be a Marvel One-Shot like Agent Carter w/ Haley Atwell or a special cameo appearance on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, who knows what Marvel Studios and Disney have in store for us? One things for sure, Kingsley's coming back in some form or way, as Slattery or something entirely new. Let's wait and see. For more information, visit the source post at Belfast Telegraph and Slash Film.

Fanmade "Batman Vs Superman" video by Pete Holmes puts humor in "World's Finest"

What would happen if The Nolanverse Batman and Zack Snyder's "Man Of Steel" Superman met atop the rooftop of the Gotham City Police Department, and "discussed" a possible partnership between both of them?

Well, the same Batman who's been so popular with his Dark Knight Trilogy inspired Batman videos on College Humor is at it again... And it's another instant Pete Holmes comedy classic that'll definitely get a lot of laughs from those who love poking at the weird dynamic between The World's Finest!

Batman Vs. Superman

Now "The World's Finest" settle their differences and jab one another... WIth Commissioner Gordon in tow.XD Interestingly enough, the actor who plays Superman looks like Ben Affleck too. Definitely a LOL and awesome spoof, and thanks goes to Robot 6 and Comic Book Resources for the post.

Fan Trailer: Fanmade "Aquaman: The Movie (Fake Trailer)" is something else alright...

Despite a recent resurgence in popularity thanks to the impressive new ongoing series started and being currently written by Geoff Johns, DC Comics' resident water-based superhero Aquaman is often ridiculed for his powers and not given the proper respect by general audiences. All that changed during Peter David's run back in the late 80's, and then the aforementioned run by Johns and reestablishing the superhero identity of Arthur Curry as one of importance and once again making him a founding member of the New 52 incarnation of the Justice League.

Now, filmmaker and YouTube user "NigaHiga" has created something of a response to those who doubt the King of the Seven Seas.

DC Movies: Here's a Wonder Woman fanfilm we can all be proud of...

Now this is a neat treat, especially those who are anxiously waiting on Warner Bros. to make a film about a certain Amazon Princess and superheroine.

Wonder Woman // a short by Rainfall Films

It's no Linda Carter, but this is certainly something that's in line with how a DC Cinematic Universe Wonder Woman film should go and be portrayed. The costume will probably get fans' reactions mixed, but make no mistake, THIS is definitely WONDERFUL, and Rainfall Films has done a GREAT job with this one. Thanks goes to i09 for posting about this gem!
