DC Comics debuts new costumes for Superman and Wonder Woman
Post-Covergence, it looks like the Man of Steel and Amazon Princess are getting new makeovers along with The Dark Knight... And they look all too familiar and somewhat like rehashes of former ideas.
Coming off their two-month hiatus event, DC Comics is planning to give two of their Big Guns, Superman and Wonder Woman, makeovers that will make them virtually different than they're usually depicted as. Comic Book Resources reported the news, coming from stories in The Nerdist, Uproxx, and Hitflix.
Superman will be sporting a look that harkens back to his DC New 52 debut with a T-Shirt and Jeans, but minus the cape and with a new logo that is a throwback to his original appearance. It's a look that will debut in the pages of Action Comics #41. Very Superboy Pre-New 52 in appearance minus the color scheme differences, and yes the haircut makes it obvious as well. The bloody hands? We'll just have to wait and see how that goes.
Wonder Woman on the other hand will be wearing a new armor piece with daggers on her forearms come Wonder Woman #41. It's a new look that makes it appear that the kids gloves are off for Diana, and she's taking her fight against evil to the next level.
Both members of DC's "Power Couple" will also team up together with their new looks in Superman/ Wonder Woman #18, so one has to wonder how this dynamic will work.
And The Man Of Steel will also have words with "Chappie/ Appleseed" Batman come "Batman/ Superman #21", so how will the "World's Finest" interact with each other? And is that still Bruce Wayne in the Batsuit or someone else?
Find out in June when DC Comics brings these new changes.

Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo present... The new Batman?
Pretty much expectations for BIG CHANGES for the Batman universe are going to happen when Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo end their biggest storyline of The Caped Crusader yet in the pages of this month's Batman #40. Something will occur that will change the entire landscape of Batman as we know it...
Newsarama has a detailed interview with Snyder, who initially wanted "Endgame" to be his final Batman story... But any continuation thereafter would see something drastic happen to the status quo that would be fresh and uncharted territory to fans of The Dark Knight. What could it be... And is this a mecha Batman we see with a gun in the cover to June's Batman #41?
We can only wait and see what will happen next.

Green Lantern John Stewart fan-film "Power" teaser looks LEGIT
If there's anything that hasn't been revealed thus far with all the DC Cinematic Universe hitting the interwebz, it's "who exactly" will be the next Green Lantern that will appear in the new film that'll arrive in 2020. Many are hoping it's one of the other Green Lanterns besides Hal Jordan, and fingers are being crossed that it will be the African-American Emerald Warrior seen in the DC Animated Universe's Justice League and Justice League Unlimited shows -John Stewart.
Well, P3Series is apparently hard at work at a Fan Film that features Johnny Boy himself... In a fan film called "POWER" and a story that has John as Public Enemy No. 1 and forces led by President Lex Luthor after him. Comic Book.com also featured this one, and it looks pretty LEGIT.

Arrow: Concept art of Katie Cassidy's "Black Canary" costume revealed
If you have reservations of Katie Cassidy's Dinah Laurel Lance playing costumed vigilante and being "Black Canary" in Arrow, it's part of the story and Stephen Amell himself has vouched for that as well. Her inexperience may be a turn-off for most and she is very much unlike her sister played by Caity Lotz, but we have to wait and see how where her character arc takes her... And if she definitely ends up like her comic book counterpart.
For now, Comic Book Movie has released this sweet looking concept art of how her suit would have looked in another way... It it looks pretty good.
