Castlevania: Lords of Shadow originally wasn't intended to be a Castlevania game. However, Konami shifted gears and eventually made it a part of the series, installing famed director of the Metal Gear series, Hideo Kojima, as executive producer. With less than a month to go before the game's release, Konami is promoting every bit of their new vampire slaying title at this year's Tokyo Game Show, with a new trailer that reveals just how much the game wasn't meant to be tied to the lore involving Belmonts and Dracula.
