Coming out in a month's time and celebrating milestone and anniversary at the same time, Comic Book Resources has released an exclusive preview of "Ultimate Spider-Man #200", which celebrates writer Brian Michael Bendis' tenure on the book together with a team of artists past and present that lend their visual talents such as Mark Bagley, Mark Brooks, and Dave Marquez!
Taking place during the anniversary of the original Ultimate Spider-Man Peter Parker's death and at the home of May Parker, Miles Morales, the current Ultimate Spider-Man, as well as Aunt May herself, Mary Jane Watson, Gwen Stacy, and those close to Peter life reflect on their lost friend, not knowing that sinister plans are in motion. From the costume alone and being at the center of the splash page, who could possibly be under the mask of this new iteration of the costume Earth-616 Peter Parker wore when he fought alongside Iron Man during the Civil War? We'll just have to wait and see.
We'll find out more when "Ultimate Spider-Man #200" hits comic book stores on April 2.
