Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays indeed! Looks like the folks from "Funny or Die" have come up with quite the mash up that spoofs "Batman v Superman" and "The Santa Clause" movies, in a trailer mash up that pits The Dark Knight against St. Nick himself!
