Avengers: Infinity War: Hasbro releases images of upcoming toy merchandise

In what will certainly be the in thing as soon as movie season hits in a few weeks, Marvel and Hasbro have released preview images of the upcoming "Avengers: Infinity War" toys and merchandise that will be available to fans and consumers worldwide. Among them will be the usual "Marvel Legends" figures, as well as other scaled toy lines and products - including an Infinity Gauntlet prop that fans can wear and imagine themselves like the Mad Titan Thanos.

The figures from the Marvel Legends line also give us a better glimpse into how some of the other characters will look like in the movie - case in point Chris Evans' portrayal of a bearded Steve Rogers/ Captain America with a brand new shield provided by Wakanda tech. Avengers: Infinity War will open in theaters on April 25 internationally and May 4 in the US.

Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Iron Studios statue revealed

Welcome 2018! It's a brand new year and there's much to look forward to, and right off the bat we got some juicy stuff that collectors can look forward to in the next few months. Case in point - this 1/10 art scale Iron Studios statue of Batman and Carrie Kelly Robin as they appear in Frank Miller's 1986 classic "The Dark Knight Returns"! Standing 8.90 inches and made out of polystone, this collectible is based on the same page featuring these two heroes swinging and jumping off rooftops in Gotham City. Kotobukiya previews "Batman Rebirth" statue for May 2018

As one of the "new looks" that made its grand debut early last year, The "Batman Rebirth" suit is the new look that debuted just as Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo ended their epic run on the main "Batman" title just before DC Entertainment introduced the "Rebirth" era of the DC Universe. Retaining the black and grey colors that The Dark Knight wears proudly, the suit was a minor yet sleek redesign of Bats usual appearance - now sporting a Bat symbol with gold linings in his chest, a black and gold utility belt that looked like it had "fangs", and finally the most identifiable change in having the inner portion of the cape colored purple - a direct homage to the "purple gloves" Batman wore during his first appearance in "Detective Comics #27".

Now Kotobukiya is set to immortalize the Bat's new look in the next ARTFX+ statue hitting next year! Following Superman and the Super Sons statues, Batman Rebirth is the next in line and is expected to come out on May 2018!
