Rumor: Batman: The Telltale Series to be free for PS Plus next month
Looks like one of the best Batman games made for the modern console generation is going to make its way to PS Plus if rumors are to be believed, as GameRant and Bleeding Cool report that "Batman: The Telltale Series" is among three games that will be FREE to Playstation Plus subscribers for the month of January. The game, first released in August 2016 for the Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, Mac, and mobile devices - is Telltale Games startling and critically acclaimed reimagining of DC Comics' flagship superhero and his world, with their signature "choose your own adventure" style episodic adventure giving players the choice of either embracing Bruce Wayne's crusade as a vengeful Dark Knight, or balancing both personas to chart a path that will either make him or break him. The game was followed up by a second season that began this year called "Batman: The Enemy Within" - which picks up after the end of the first game and sees Bruce and his actions from the last adventure carry over to a new one filled with new adversaries, mysteries, and threats in Gotham City.
So if this report is true, expect the beginning of 2018 to be a GREAT TIME for Playstation owners and Batman fans.

Batman: The Telltale Series gets a sequel in "Batman: The Enemy Within" this August
Announced by Telltale Games just before San Diego Comic Con weekend and certainly bringing fans of the Caped Crusader up in arms in excitement, the critically acclaimed video game publisher's take on Batman with last year's "Batman: The Telltale Series" is officially getting a sequel that will start next month with "Batman: The Enemy Within - The Telltale Series" - a new season that sees The Dark Knight in a new adventure where he will not only face The Joker once again, but also The return of The Riddler.
Reported by Batman-News, The Enemy Within is certainly a good surprise and deserving sequel for Telltale's Batman series. As with all the point and click adventure games the publisher makes, the choices you make as Bruce Wayne or his alter ego will determine the outcome of your story - and every path leads to different outcomes when all is said and done.
Batman: The Enemy Within begins on August 8th with the release of the first episode called "The Enigma" for PS4, Xbox One, PC, Mac, and iOS.

Batman: The Telltale Series: "Guardian of Gotham" arrives on November 22
After sporadic teases and a month since the last episode was released, Telltale Games has revealed the full trailer and release date for the fourth episode of "Batman: The Telltale Series". Entitled "Guardian of Gotham" - the trailer shows that after the series of events that transpired in the previous three chapters, Bruce Wayne is committed to the one place he did not expect - Arkham Asylum, leaving Gotham in the hands of Oswald Cobblepot (aka The Penguin) and open to chaos. In order to get back into action as Batman, players must guide Bruce and determine his actions on how to get out of the madhouse. Unfortunately it's easier said than done... And a certain smiling villain makes his debut in the new video game interpretation of The Dark Knight and his world.
Batman: The Telltale Series is available for PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, PC, and for mobile iOS and Android devices, with episode 4 arriving on November 22nd for those platforms.

Batman: The Telltale Series will be released this August/ September
After being announced in last year's "The Game Awards" and promised a late 2016 release window, Telltale Games has revealed that the first episode of "Batman: The Telltale Series" will be out digitally on August 2, 2016 - giving fans a chance to experience the life of Bruce Wayne/ Batman in the manner and style of a "point and click" adventure the developer has masterfully crafted in games such as The Walking Dead and Back to the Future... With consequences following as a result of the choices you make in the game.
Additionally, a physical release "Season Pass Disc" is scheduled for release on September 13. Those who can hold out a little longer will benefit from that, as every new episode that releases for the planned five episode Season 1 will be downloadable for free.
Batman: The Telltale Series will be available for Playstation 4, Playstation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, iOS, and Android.
