Avengers: Endgame promo image and leaked "Ronin" and "War Machine" action figures pics revealed

With New York Toy Fair coming up and so many promotional material slowly making their way online, new stuff that will catch the eye of Marvel fans waiting on "Avengers: Endgame" have sprouted online - including an official promo image (above) featuring the original six members of Earth's Mightiest Heroes as well as two leaked images of Ronin/ Hawkeye and War Machine sporting their new outfits and molded into action figure form for the upcoming 5" wave of Hasbro toys based on the film.

Care of Reddit and Imgur, Clint Barton/ Ronin and James "Rhodey" Rhodes/ Rhodey look close to what we expected from what has been seen in promo materials released in the past few months. The former in particular is a big departure mask wise from his comic book counterpart, but the other identity of Hawkeye will still play a crucial role in the follow-up to Infinity War and explain how the "Decimation" has motivated Clint to make the change. Rhodey on the other hand gets an armor upgrade - but how and why we'll still have to find out come a few months from now.

Avengers: Endgame will be released in theaters on April 24 in the Philippines and April 26 in the US.

New York Toy Fair 2015: The Walking Dead: McFarlane Toys "Boiler Room" playset revealed

Fans of AMC's The Walking Dead are in for a treat next year when new waves of the McFarlane Toys come in, as the New York Toy Fair this year has showcased the "Boiler Room" playset - featuring Rick Grimes in a very bloody and odd state as he encounters the zombie that devoured the remains of his late wife, Lori Grimes.

This playset of course is based on the episode "Say The Word" from the third season of The Walking Dead, where Rick and his fellow survivors decide to make the prison their new safe haven. Unfortunately, a devastating attack from within causes casualties within the group, including Lori and T-Dog. As a result, Rick loses it and starts hacking zombies to go deep into the Boiler Room to "see" Lori for himself, encountering the bloated zombie and putting it out of its misery.

For more information and pictures on the playset, visit the source post at Comic Book.com.

The Walking Dead is currently on its fifth season. Catch it every Sunday on AMC.

The Dark Knight Rises DC Direct Toyline pics hit the web

Via blogsite Idle Hands and through posts by Comic Book Movie and Batman-News, the first images of DC Direct's official toyline based on Christopher Nolan's upcoming final Batman movie "The Dark Knight Rises" has leaked on the web, showing off statues, busts, and figurines based on Batman, Bane, and Catwoman (played by Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, and Anne Hathaway respectively). Not due to be revealed until the New York Toy Fair next month, these pics show clearly how the figures will look, some obviously still prototypes and subject to changes at the moment.

While we all know how Batman and Bane look like in the movie, but this is the first real time we see a close up "official" look of Anne Hathaway's appearance as Selina Kyle/ Catwoman in toy form. It's a pity that it doesn't take after the modern comic look of the character, but it certainly pays tribute to the 60's Batman TV Series look, which was performed by acting legend Julie Newman. It literally looks like a typical "Cat Burglar" mixed with a "Ballroom Mask" motif, and hopefully we'll learn why this is the case when the movie arrives later this year. In the meantime, check out more pics and details via the source posts at Idle Hands, CBM, and Batman-News.

The Dark Knight Rises dives into theaters on July 20th!
