Persona 5 is a hit - and Atlus made this critical success of a Japanese RPG available to western audiences a few months ago with the English version's release for Playstation 3 and Playstation 4. However, the publisher is teaming up with A-1 Pictures to bring the story to life via an anime series - with "Persona 5: The Animation" being formally announced for next year according to a report by Kotaku.
No release date has been given for Persona 5: The Animation, but expect it soon enough sometime in 2018.
