Pretty much gathering every skin, character, costumes, and extras that were released and offered separately from the main game, Warner Bros. and Netherrealm Studios have released a new announcement trailer for their "Mortal Kombat X" GOTY type release coming this March with "Mortal Kombat XL".

After bringing a horror legend into their universe in the form of Jason Vorhees, Warner Bros. and NetherRealm Studios have finally unleashed the next terrorizing figure into the world of Mortal Kombat... And it's none other than the dreaded alien hunter known to movie buffs as the "Predator".

The Predator is available via the Kombat Pack of Mortal Kombat starting July 7, and can be purchased individually on July 14.
Looks like the Shaolin Monks are now pawns of evil in the next Kombat tournament.
In a brand new Russian market trailer posted online, Klassic Mortal Kombat characters Kung Lao and Liu Kang have been revealed to return in the upcoming new MK game by Warner Bros. Games and NetherRealm Studios - Mortal Kombat X. This time, the two Shaolin Warriors are undead and servants of Shinnok, following their downfall from the events of 2011's Mortal Kombat. It's a grim repeat of the fate that Kang suffers, being killed before in MK: Deadly Alliance and resurrected as a zombie in MK: Deception. Time will tell how his and Kung Lao's story goes in this new installment.
