Warner Bros. and Legendary Unleash the First Epic "Dune" Trailer


From the mind of director Denis Villeneuve comes one of the most anticipated science fiction films coming at the end of this year - "Dune"... And we finally have the first official trailer to this adaptation of the 1965 novel of the same name written by Frank Herbert.

The official synopsis of the film reads:

A mythic and emotionally charged hero’s journey, “Dune” tells the story of Paul Atreides, a brilliant and gifted young man born into a great destiny beyond his understanding, who must travel to the most dangerous planet in the universe to ensure the future of his family and his people. As malevolent forces explode into conflict over the planet’s exclusive supply of the most precious resource in existence—a commodity capable of unlocking humanity’s greatest potential—only those who can conquer their fear will survive.

Featuring an all-star cast headlined by Timothee Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Zendaya, Dave Bautista, Josh Brolin, and Jason Momoa, this is the first of a two-part film series, and will considerably EPIC in every sense of the word.

Dune: Check out the first images and details from Vanity Fair


As one of the oldest and most well-known science fiction franchises in the world, Frank Herbert's Dune is a story that is nothing short of epic and awe, and Vanity Fair takes a look behind the scenes at the upcoming new film adaptation set to be directed by Denis Villeneuve - which is just the first of two films planned to tell this tale set in the distant future where noble houses rule planetary fiefs and where "the spice" - a drug that extends human life and grants unimaginable abilities.

The film stars an ensemble cast - including Timothee Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Dave Bautista, Jason Momoa, and Zendaya. Distributed by Warner Bros., Dune is set for release on December of this year.

Mission: Impossible - Fallout: First poster and trailer tease released


Preparing another mission for Tom Cruise to take on and reprise his role as super agent Ethan Hunt once more, Paramount Pictures has released the very first poster and tease to the first trailer of "Mission: Impossible - Fallout" - the sixth installment in the long running Mission: Impossible film series and reuniting Cruise with his co-stars Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, and Alec Baldwin, with Henry Cavill joining the cast for this new adventure.

Check out the trailer tease to the long awaited first trailer which will debut this Sunday at this year's Super Bowl.

Mission: Impossible 6: Cast photo revealed as filming wraps up in New Zealand


Set for release next year and already wrapping up filming in New Zealand, Paramount Pictures, director Christopher McQuarrie, and Tom Cruise (via Superherohype) have revealed a new cast photo for the upcoming sixth film in the "Mission: Impossible" movie series that's tentatively titled "Mission: Impossible 6" - with Cruise returning as series lead Ethan Hunt alongside Simon Pegg as Benjamin "Benji" Dunn, Ving Rhames as Luther Stickell, and Rebecca Ferguson as Ilsa Faust. The film will also star Henry Cavill, as well as bring back Alec Baldwin as the new IMF secretary Alan Hunley.

Mission: Impossible 6 is scheduled for release on July 27, 2018.
