Remembering Christopher Reeve/ Superman 15 years after his passing
He was undeniably SUPER even after he finished his time in the most iconic superhero role ever... And 15 years after his death, the world still honors and remembers Christopher Reeve - the man who starred in the 1978 Richard Donner directed "Superman" film and would reprise the role for three more sequels. His depiction of the heroic DC Comics character in the big screen is legendary, and to this day serves as an inspiration for many depictions and interpretations of the Man of Steel in all forms of media. Several tributes are still done and made for him, and several actors still look up to the Juilliard School as a man ahead of his time.
We miss you Christopher Reeve, and you'll ALWAYS BE SUPERMAN.

Happy Birthday: Remembering the late great Christopher Reeve, aka Superman
Way before Henry Cavill became the "Man of Steel" for the DC Extended Universe and Brandon Routh flew for a one time film adventure in "Superman Returns", the world was introduced to the most iconic interpretation of DC Comics' very own Superman in 1978 when Christopher Reeve was cast to play the titular hero, better known by his birth name "Kal-El" and his human name Clark Kent. There was a charm to Reeve that still remains beloved by fans who have seen the Richard Donner film... And even after being rendered a quadriplegic through an accident in 1995 he still continued to inspire others with his determination and will to live beyond his handicap way until his death in 2004.
Despite being no longer with us, he'll be the person who made fans believe "A Man Could Fly".

Happy 60th Birthday to Christopher Reeve...aka SUPERMAN!
I think it goes without saying that we all remember the man behind the cape and legend. Today we celebrate what would have been his 60th birthday, and despite the tragic challenges and obstacles he had to endure because of paralysis that left him a paraplegic for life, he'll always be remembered for being an inspiration and a person who overcame all obstacles. We believed that a man could fly back in 1978, and he makes us believe that we can accomplish anything even in the after life.
A big toast and happy happy SUPER birthday to the late Christopher Reeve... Kal-El. Clark Kent. SUPERMAN.
- From all your friends and fans who have made you the true Caped Wonder you are.;)
