In a few short months, the next chapter in Capcom’s long running Resident Evil series will be released as “Resident Evil: Requiem” takes center stage in the latest digital showcase event released. Featuring new information on the different editions the game will have when it is released at the end of February next year, the ninth mainline entry has a lot of hype and excitement building up for fans of the series - especially as it releases on the 30th anniversary year of Resident Evil!

Resident Evil 4 Remake hits consoles and PCs worldwide on March 24!
Resident Evil fans better prepare to save up their wallets when March of next year hits, as Capcom shows off more of their upcoming remake of “Resident Evil 4” - which retains the same story of special agent Leon S. Kennedy going to a rural part of Spain to rescue the president’s daughter from the Los Illuminados and their viral monstrosities caused by the “Las Plagas” virus.
As seen in the recently concluded Resident Evil Showcase event, a brand new gameplay trailer was released - showing off a darker and more terrifying adventure that’ll require more CQC style defensive moves and attacks in Leon’s arsenal that he’ll need to survive in this mission.
A second trailer was also unveiled after the gameplay trailer showcase.
Of course, RE fans that want to go to the extreme and get this game with a special package can avail of a brand new and stunninh collector's edition - which features a statue of Leon S. Kennedy wearing the jacket and holding a shotgun.

It’s time to enter the world of survival horror and learn the latest news and updates coming to the Resident Evil/ Biohazard franchise, as Capcom sets their latest Resident Evil Showcase digital event got October 20 - promising some new developments and announcements for the long running video game series.
This digital event comes a day after Konami’s Silent Hill Showcase, so it’s definitely a good time for fans of the Survival Horror genre. Expect more news and updates on the Resident Evil 4 remake for sure, and probably a few surprised as well.
It's a good time to be a Resident Evil fan if you've been waiting for more updates and information on some new games and DLC content, and FINALLY Capcom has revealed during the final segment of their Capcom Showcase details on the upcoming Resident Evil Village DLC - which is collectively called the "Winters' Expansion" and will feature a new DLC story called "Shadows of Rose" - which will spotlight Ethan Winters' own daughter as a teenager in her own adventure set 16 years after the events of RE Village.

In addition to Rose's own adventure, an update on The Mercenaries mode for the game will also be included and will be called "The Mercenaries: Additional Orders" - which makes Chris Redfield, Karl Heisenberg, and Lady Dimitrescu playable characters! Also the entire RE Village will be getting a Third Person Mode - meaning you can replay the game ala the RE 2 and RE 3 Remake!
Speaking of remakes, Resident Evil 4 Remake got some more teases shown as the developers talked about the game and showed some new snippets of footage - which revealed Leon S. Kennedy in his remade RE4 look as well as bits and pieces of gameplay shown.

Months after wrapping up filming and getting post-production work done for its November release this year, Constantin Films, Screen Gems, and Sony Pictures have released the first look photos for “Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City” - which is directed by Johannes Roberts and will be an adaptation of the first two games of the Resident Evil/ Biohazard game series, leaving behind the Milla Jovovich and Paul W.S Anderson continuity of films and adapting the source material instead.
The film stars Robbie Amell as Chris Redfield, Hannah John-Kamen as Jill Valentine, Kaya Scodelario as Claire Redfield, and Avan Jogia as Leon S. Kennedy. Tom Hopper plays Albert Wesker, and Lisa Trevor from the RE Remake is also out going to be in the remake.
It's been a couple of days since Resident Evil Village was released worldwide, and the game has been all sorts of awesome in terms of presentation, gameplay, and being a fitting 25th anniversary release for the franchise's celebration this year!
