WWE: Arrow vs Stardust: Stephen Amell and Neville victorious at SummerSlam; Post-Match weigh-in on rivalry

WWE SummerSlam 2015 is over and the results are in - The Arrow has bested Stardust, as the tag team duo of Stephen Amell and Neville took on and beat the eccentric alter ego of wrestler Cody Rhodes and his partner King Barrett on Sunday, August 23.

However after the match in a WWE Exclusive video, Amell weighed in his thoughts on considering that the feud between the two isn't over. The man who plays Green Arrow/ Oliver Queen on The CW's Arrow TV Series is always ready for a fight, and it looks like he's preparing for any retribution that Stardust may bring at any given moment.

Arrow v Stardust: Stephen Amell heads to RAW & will face Stardust in Summerslam!

For those following Arrow series star Stephen Amell and World Wrestling Entertainment, worlds finally collided when the man who plays Oliver Queen in TV visited Monday Night Raw as a special guest... And went face-to-face with the man who has been taunting him to a fight - WWE Superstar and heel Stardust.

During the Neville vs King Barrett match at the August 10 edition of Monday Night RAW, Stardust tried to get involved in the match AND taunt Amell who was sitting at ringside. Soon, "business picked up" and the two came to blows when Stephen hopped into the ring showing Green Arrow won't be intimidated!

Later after the confrontation, Amell and Neville had words with Triple H himself.

Arrow's Stephen Amell makes an appearance at Monday Night Raw

Looks like "Justice" came to Monday Night Raw... As "Arrow" star, Oliver Queen himself, and the upcoming TMNT 2's own Casey Jones in Stephen Amell made an appearance as a spectator during the May 25th edition of the weekly WWE program... And had a head on encounter with the brother of Goldust himself, Stardust.

Here's the video of the "encounter" between Ollie and the alter ego of Cody Rhodes.

According to Comic Book.com, Amell also got to meet John Bradshaw Layfield backstage, and even took to his own Twitter to "issue a warning" to Stardust himself.

Being a WWE fan himself, Amell has certainly made it clear that he wants to host Monday Night Raw... So will the time be coming soon? We'll just have to wait and see!

Iron Mike Tyson to be inducted into the 2012 WWE Hall of Fame!

This news is just as surprising to hear as the winner of this year's Royal Rumble, but it's a bit of a curveball all things considered.

It has officially been confirmed by World Wrestling Entertainment that legendary boxing champion and pop culture icon "Iron" Mike Tyson will be inducted into the 2012 class of the WWE Hall of Fame! To be held in Miami Florida at the American Airlines Arena, and a day before Wrestlemania XXVIII, Iron Mike will be inducted alongside other legends and icons from the WWE Universe, such as Edge and The Four Horsemen. And while some questions may linger as to why a boxer is getting added to WWE's HOF lineup, there's good reason why Mike Tyson was chosen.

Mike Tyson vs Stone Cold Steve Austion on Monday Night Raw! (January 1998)

Back in January 1998 during the "Attitude Era", Iron Mike made his first appearance in Sports-Entertainment, in a storyline that involved Stone Cold Steve Austin and Shawn Michaels, eventually culminating in their match in Wrestlemania XIV where the boxing champion officiated the title match as special guest referee.

"The Baddest Man on the Planet" also reappeared years later in January 2010, helping Degeneration X against their opponent at the time, Chris Jericho! Now, Mike takes center stage among the rest of wrestlingdom's finest legends, and becomes an honorary member of the WWE family officially! A Masked Kane returns to WWE!

It's been a while since I've posted anything on WWE, but today is a good day as any, as a well known and beloved superstar makes his long awaited return!

In last night's episode of WWE Monday Night Raw (December 12, 2011), Kane, the Big Red Machine himself, made his  comeback during the highlight match of the night between John Cena and Mark Henry. The latter wrestler and WWE Smackdown's reigning World Heavyweight Champion put The Undertaker's brother out for five months, and since then nobody has heard from the Big Red Monster... until now. Check out the clip, as aired in WWE Raw and uploaded in You Tube.

Kane returns with a mask in WWE Raw 12/12/11!

New Mask(s), New Costume, and New Theme Song. Kane has returned, and he'll be wrecking havoc to Cena, Henry, and the rest of WWE! For more info, read the rest of the story at WWE.com!

Rest In Peace, Macho Man...

Already feeling dismayed and jaded after coming from a somewhat disappointing screening of "Pirates of the Carribean: On Stranger Tides", I learn of the unfortunate passing of a legendary wrestling icon overseas... Arguably one of the BEST known personalities in the business if I do say so myself.

It comes with a heavy heart to share the news that Randall Mario Poffo, better known to the world as "Macho Man Randy Savage", died as a result of a car accident. Reported first by TMZ and eventually coming to popular search engines like Yahoo!, the 58-year-old wrestler reportedly suffered a heart attack while driving his jeep in Tampa, Florida, losing control of his vehicle and hitting a tree head-on. Macho Man then succumbed to his wounds upon arriving at a local hospital. The rest of the report on this tragedy can be read on TMZ or Yahoo! News.

Macho Man Tribute Video

No words can describe the sense of mortality and grief I'm feeling over this sad news. I grew up idolizing Randy Savage as a kid, and his matches and promos were some of the best the wrestling industry had to offer, particularly during his tenure with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now known as WWE or World Wrestling Entertainment) and the now defunct World Championship Wrestling. Like the rest of the world, we'd find ourself mimicking his catchphrases, even going so far as to shout of "OOOOOOOOOHHHHH YYYYYEEEEAAAAAA" or flexing imaginary muscles in the manner of his infamous "Macho poses". His marriage to "Miss Elizabeth" Hulette was one of the most memorable storied pairings/ marriages in professional wrestling history, and he even had his share of appearances in media and film, including Sam Raimi's ever popular 2002 movie adaptation of Marvel's Spider-Man, where Savage played Crusher Hogan, a wrestler whom a newly powered Peter Parker fights in a wrestling show for the prize money. His last genuine appearance was promoting the Xbox 360/ PS3 game "WWE Wrestling All-Stars", where his younger self and other legendary wrestlers fight the new breed of talents, in a mixed generation, cartoony styled wrestling game!

Macho Man Wrestlemania 4 Entrance

It's still hard for me to accept the news properly that another popular icon from my childhood has passed on, but we can only pray that he's in a better place now. R.I.P Macho Man, and keep on shining up there with Miss Elizabeth and the rest of the legends who are with you... OOOOOOHHHHH YYYEEEAAAHHHH!!! I leave you all with this classic interview segment from WWE's past featuring the Macho One himself...

Edge retires from wrestling...

Adam Copeland, better known as the "Rated-R Superstar" wrestler Edge, has announced his retirement from wrestling on this week's Monday Night Raw due to injury. It's a heartfelt goodbye to arguably one of the most hardworking if not best superstars ever to grace wrestling and the WWE in particular. You can check out the video below of his retirement speech, which isn't a work, right below via You Tube.

Edge Retires

As with everyone who loves wrestling, I cannot stress my shock over the news. I was fortunate to actually see Edge compete live when he and the rest of the WWE toured Manila in 2005, and his performance and dedication to wrestling in general earns him much deserved respect. Here's a toast to you, and thank you Edge!

WWE's heating up on the road to Wrestlemania 27!

There's a lot of things happening in the WWE Universe, and thanks to this past Sunday's Elimination Chamber Pay Per View, we now know who's going to be facing the Miz on Wrestlemania 27... and that would be none other than the Doctor of Thuganomics himself, John Cena. I'll admit, Cena's hasn't been the most likable wrestler for some years now since he became a face and stopped the rapping, but he finally brought back the latter part of his repertoire by responding to The Rock's disparaging remarks when The Great One made his come back at the previous week's Valentine's Day edition of Monday Night Raw to announce his comeback as the special announcer for WM27. Here's the lowdown in case you missed it:

The Rock's comeback at RAW 2/14/11!

and now... John Cena's response to The Rock this past Monday Night Raw!

Intense? Either way, I'm interested in seeing these two duke it out or resolve the dispute in some form or way come WM27! And speaking of the grandest stage of them all in sports entertainment, two iconic veterans in the industry came back last night and teased a match I'm hoping and looking very much forward to! SPOILER WARNING HERE for those who don't want to see!

Wrestlemania 27 delivers sports entertainment greatness this April 3! Watch out for it!

Welcome Back, Hitman!

The Best There Is, The Best There Was, and The Best There Ever Will Be Has Returned!

It's been over 12 years since we've seen him step into a World Wrestling Entertainment ring, but on January 4th, 2010, the legendary Bret "Hitman" Hart made his long awaited return to the WWE, and boy, did the world cheer on that comeback! Showing up as the special guest host of RAW on the first Monday Night of the new year, Bret's presence not only electrified the fans present on that show, but also brought screams and cries of nostalgia and enthusiasm from fans around the world. I happen to be one of the Hitman's many supporters during his illustrious wrestling career, and his exit from WWE because of the "Montreal Screwjob" at the 1997 Survivor Series left a bad taste on everyone's mouth, causing him a rift between him, the company, Vince McMahon, and Shawn Michaels. However, time went on and everyone moved on, and the Hitman finally made his way back to the squared circle... with a big surprise that left fans cheering and clapping their hands at the same time. Those not into spoilers better shy their eyes away from the results, but a vid link via You Tube just showed what is probably one of the most awaited moments in sports entertainment ever!

OMG! History has been made... Again! Shawn and Bret made up!

WWE Star Umaga Passes Away...

Sad news came off the wrestling community, as professional wrestler Eddie Fatu, better known as the Samoan Bulldozer "Umaga", passed away after suffering a heart attack. Also known as Ekmo and Jamal of 3-Minute Warning, he is the real life cousin of wrestlers Rosey and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. WWE confirmed the unfortunate news on an article their official website, and it's a sudden loss to take in for fans and peers alike. Fatu, 36, was released from the company last June, and since then he has been performing in other road shows, like the recent Hulkamania Tour in Australia.

You will be missed, Samoan Warrior.:(
