A few weeks ago, Warner Bros. and DC Comics announced a "Tumbler Tour" to promote and coincide with the upcoming release of Christopher Nolan's epic conclusion to The Dark Knight saga, The Dark Knight Rises! Showcasing The Tumbler/ Batmobile and The Batpod on selected locations across the US and Canada, these mighty vehicles are giving fans over there a chance to see them in person.

What they didn't count on was Toronto Batman, and here's how his visit went to check out his rides!

With The Dark Knight Rises slowly inching its way closer and closer to its release date, Warner Bros. and DC Comics are stepping up the promotion game by setting up an aptly named "Tumbler Tour" for fans of Christopher Nolan's epic Batman saga to see! Going cross country around North America, the iconic vehicles known as the "Tumbler/ Batmobile" and "Bat-Pod" will be touring stateside and all around the USA and Canada! If you live in that part of the world, be sure to check this once in a lifetime tour before the film opens! The Dark Knight Rises: "The Bat-Wing" gets a name...

With 6 months to go just before The Dark Knight Rises arrives in theaters and Christopher Nolan ends his Batman film run with a bang, the interwebz has stumbled onto and unearthed one of the biggest mysteries surrounding the film: the name of the new vehicle Batman will use in his war against crime. Via Comic Book Movie and CinemaBlend, the question has been addressed and answered, through the most uncanny yet somewhat obvious source, and before anything gets revealed after the jump, consider this a BIG SPOILER for anyone trying to shy away from information and keep pure until the movie gets released this July. The Dark Knight Rises Update: More photos of Selina Kyle!

The Daily Mail has posted up some photos of Anne Hathaway in a really great and stunning white dress, portraying her role of Selina Kyle in Christopher Nolan's next epic Batman flick, The Dark Knight Rises! While the official photo released by Warner Bros. yesterday of her dressed as Catwoman and riding the Batpod is already in wide circulation around the web (prompting some more shooting and fake pics to appear as well), we shouldn't forget about her gorgeous civilian alter ego, and new pics of Hathaway in that part like the one above have surfaced courtesy of Splash Page and The Daily Mail while filming is currently going on in Pittsburgh. The Dark Knight Rises Update: Vehicles sighted! The Tumblr returns!

It appears that some scoopers hot on the trail of shooting locations for Christopher Nolan's next Bat-flick "The Dark Knight Rises" have struck gold in their findings, and via Superherohype, we get our first look at the vehicles set to appear in the next sequel. In addition to a SWAT vehicle for the Gotham City Police Department, Batman's own arsenal of vehicles we captured being loaded to the set, and besides a covered up Batpod being spotted, it appears that the Dark Knight's original ride, The Tumbler, has returned!

That's right folks, your eyes don't deceive you! The Batmobile will be making its presence known yet again in the third Batfilm, but wasn't it destroyed and converted in the Batpod in The Dark Knight back in 2008? The answer is both yes and no. If you remember the scene in Batman Begins where Bruce Wayne and Lucius Fox tested out a non-black colored Tumbler, Mr. Fox did mention that "two" were made to serve as bridging vehicles for combat and military application purposes. With the first car destroyed, it only makes sense for Bruce to go and get the other one. After all, that was one sweet and massive ride to begin with, hehe.
