The Batman: Director Matt Reeves shares our first look at "The Batmobile"

After giving the world its very first look at actor Robert Pattinson in the Batsuit via a screen test, director Matt Reeves follows up his teases by releasing not one but THREE pictures of the very FIRST LOOK at the brand new iteration of The Batmobile that will be appearing in "The Batman"!

Shedding away the huge tank-like look and style that has been seen in the Christian Bale and Ben Affleck versions of the character, this new Batmobile is a "Dodge Challenger" type of car in nature, and that's perfectly fine as it prioritizes speed and sleekness over artillery - the "early years" style that Reeves' Batman clearly still is. Plus, the ride is somewhat reminiscent of the 1970's Batmobile that Bruce Wayne/ Batman used in the comics - when he moved closer to Gotham City and set up his base of operations in a penthouse tower instead of his Batcave in Wayne Manor.

The Batman will be released in theaters on June 2021.
