ICYMI: Marvel Studios Reveals New "Secret Invasion" Trailer, Poster, and Release Date

 

In a few months, Nick Fury will emerge out of hiding and face his greatest challenge yet - finding out who he can trust as he engages on what could very well be the greatest conspiracy and threat he has ever faced.

After months of waiting, Marvel Studios has released a brand new trailer and poster for "Secret Invasion" - the newest Marvel Cinematic Universe TV Series that will air on Disney + and feature the return of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury. The series also brings back Cobie Smulders as Maria Hill, Ben Mendelsohn as Talos, and introduces Emilia Clarke as G'iah.

Marvel's Illuminati returns this December...

The teaser poster released by Marvel and posted by Newsarama says it all. Iron Man, Mr. Fantastic, Dr. Strange, and Professor X will band together once more to form the Illuminati, joined by Black Bolt's wife and Queen of the Inhumans, Medusa. It's hard to imagine what would cause this group of the greatest minds in the superhero community to form up again. After all, the last time the Illuminati officially met together was before the Skrull's "Secret Invasion", and that meeting didn't turn out well, forcing them to disband because of trust issues and paranoia.
