ICYMI: Hot Toys reveals "Avengers: Endgame" Iron Man Mk LXXXV and Armored Thanos figures
As the world prepares to finally prepare for the Endgame of the first saga the Marvel Cinematic Universe has brought upon us, Hong Kong based toy manufacturer Hot Toys and Marvel have revealed the first two figures for their "Avengers: Endgame" line of 1/6th scale action figures - namely the Armored Thanos and the Mark LXXXV Iron Man!
First off the list of reveals is the newest iteration of the Iron Man that Robert Downey Jr.'s Tony Stark will wear in the Mark LXXXV! The newest version of his armored persona sports the dominant Red and Gold colors, along with streaks of silver that has become a staple of the Armored Avenger's look. Plus shades of the Mark L live on in the nanotechnology with canons and blasters! You can check out more of the upcoming 1/6th scale figure at the Hot Toys album in Facebook!
Next up - THANOS! The Mad Titan returns with the Infinity Gauntlet and now sporting the armored look that was featured in the beginning of Infinity War, but now he looks like he's serious about protecting himself from whatever attack the surviving heroes will do. Plus that bladed weapon. Check out more in Hot Toys' album in their Facebook page!
Avengers: Endgame will hit theaters on April 24 internationally and April 26 in the US!

Happy 80 Years of Batman! Detective Comics #27 was released this day
Today officially marks the 80th Anniversary of The Batman's debut - as he appeared in the pages of Detective Comics #27 - which has a publication release date of May 1939 yet was out on the streets on March 30, 1939. Since appearing as "The Bat Man", the alter ego of Bruce Wayne has gone through several adventures and an evolution through the years - from an established Caped Crusader to becoming the Dark Knight Detective who upholds his mission to avenge the death of his parents by fighting injustice and swearing never to become like the cowardly and superstitious criminals he fights every day of his life.
Detective Comics #1000 was also released this week - so you should go out and get a copy to join in the celebration! DC is also holding a special commemoration at Wonder Con and participating comic shops to honor our favorite Dark Knight! Happy 80 years to The Batman!

ICYMI: Avengers: Endgame Chinese Poster showcases The Living and The Fallen
As April looms closer and we're literally just less than a month away from the conclusion to an epic saga brought fourth by 11 years of Marvel Movies storytelling, Marvel Studios has released a pretty interesting Chinese poster for "Avengers: Endgame" - which not only contains the surviving and living heroes, but those who were dusted or fell during Thanos' quest to collect the Infinity Stones and remove half the universe from existence. Below the likes of Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Captain Marvel, and Rocket Raccoon is the shadowy figures of Black Panther, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, and more... All reminders of the great mission the remaining have and will do "Whatever It Takes" to restore everything back to what it was.
Avengers: Endgame will be released in theaters on April 24 internationally and April 26 in the US.

Star Wars Episode IX: Leaked retail poster and character pics surface online
Star Wars Celebration is still a few weeks away, but it looks like that won't stop the internet from releasing whatever juicy first looks we can gleam from the as of yet untitled "Star Wars Episode IX" - including a new retail poster and character pics that feature the first look at new costumes leads Rey, Finn, and Poe have, new female characters Zorii and Jannah, as well as the returning Lando Calrissian! The retail poster also shows off Red Storm Troopers, the first look at the mysterious "Knights of Ren" that Kylo Ren leads, and C-3PO wielding Chewbacca's bowcaster and bandolier?
All this comes via Comic Book Movie (here and here), so it's a good guess that MORE stuff will be revealed as we inch closer to the Celebration, which is expected to officially reveal all the good stuff and possibly a trailer too!
Star Wars: Episode IX - Once again directed by J.J Abrams - will be released on December 2019.

Avengers: Endgame: 32 Character Posters and "We Lost" Featurette released
It's exactly ONE MONTH to go before the world finally gets to see "Avengers: Endgame" - the continuation of "Avengers: Infinity War" and how our heroes will do "Whatever It Takes" to stop Thanos and reverse the damage he has done to the universe. Of course, information has been scarce on the exact nature of the sequel's plot, and trailers released have been careful to show little to cryptic hints of how Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, and the rest of the survivors will rally against the Mad Titan.
However, Marvel has released a whopping 32 character posters - with the tag "Avenge The Fallen" and separating the surviving cast from those that have either perished or turned to dust because of Thanos' quest to collect and use the Infinity Stones to snap away half the universe from existence. The surprises of course range from those confirmed to survive the decimation - which includes Happy Hogan, Wong, and Valkyrie, while T'Challa's own sister Shuri is sadly confirmed to be among those dusted.
You can check out the rest of the posters in High-Res via the Marvel Studios Facebook page.
Also released is this new featurette where the cast talk about how the heroes experience and take the loss from Infinity War and try to go on through the events of Endgame.
Avengers: Endgame will be released on April 24 in The Philippines and April 26 in the US.
