It's a new year and that means new games are going to come to PlayStation Plus members - and thanks to the official PlayStation Blog we now know which games are coming for January 2022!
Persona 5 Strikers, Dirt 5, and Deep Rock Galactic are now free and up for grabs if you're subscribed! Go get 'em if you're a PlayStation user and own a PS4 or PS5!
Fans of video games and Playstation may want to subscribe or maintain their Playstation Plus plans this September for the PS4, as the Playstation Blog has revealed the next slate of games that will be free for users to get the entire month of September - Capcom’s Street Fighter V and PUBGCorporation’/ s MMO Battle Royale game “PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds”. Both games are quite popular in the multiplayer market, with Street Fighter V being the latest installment in the long running fighting game franchise. However, the version that will be up for free will be the base version of SFV - and those who want to get the rest of the DLC characters and content will have to purchase and upgrade to the latest version of the game -Street Fighter V: Champion Edition.

It's a great year to be a Batman fan. Not only is the Caped Crusader celebrating his 80th Anniversary, but there's PLENTY of other occasions to be happy and be proud about if you're a long time follower of Bruce Wayne and his war against crime and the forces of darkness.
Last month marked the 10th Anniversary of "Batman: Arkham Asylum" - Warner Bros. Games and Rocksteady Studios' first foray into the Dark Knight and his world with an adventure seeing our hero trapped with his worst adversaries inside the institution dedicated to the criminally insane. It was a near open-world third person adventure that allowed players to play as Bats - with access to his tech and fighting prowess while navigating him to cull the uprising inside Arkham Asylum and stop his eternal archnemesis The Joker once and for all.
To say that and its sequel "Batman: Arkham City" are masterpieces are nothing short of classics is one thing. The latter game upped the ante with making a section of Gotham the titular replacement facility, and opening Batman up to a bigger world of exploration and adventure that only saw fans hungry for more... Which they got with "Batman: Arkham Knight".

Released over four years ago, "Batman: Arkham Knight" pushes the stakes even higher for Gotham City by plunging it into a "No Man's Land" scenario and forcing Batman to "even the odds" with a new souped up Batsuit, more tech, and a brand new Batmobile that is introduced as a new gameplay element for the sequel. If you haven't played this game and are just new to Playstation 4 - this is the perfect time to dive in and experience how to "Be The Batman".

Looks like one of the best Batman games made for the modern console generation is going to make its way to PS Plus if rumors are to be believed, as GameRant and Bleeding Cool report that "Batman: The Telltale Series" is among three games that will be FREE to Playstation Plus subscribers for the month of January. The game, first released in August 2016 for the Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, Mac, and mobile devices - is Telltale Games startling and critically acclaimed reimagining of DC Comics' flagship superhero and his world, with their signature "choose your own adventure" style episodic adventure giving players the choice of either embracing Bruce Wayne's crusade as a vengeful Dark Knight, or balancing both personas to chart a path that will either make him or break him. The game was followed up by a second season that began this year called "Batman: The Enemy Within" - which picks up after the end of the first game and sees Bruce and his actions from the last adventure carry over to a new one filled with new adversaries, mysteries, and threats in Gotham City.
So if this report is true, expect the beginning of 2018 to be a GREAT TIME for Playstation owners and Batman fans.
After many rumors and a long cycle of development that kept fans speculating as to what the future of the franchise will be, Capcom unveiled during Sony's E3 2016 Press Con the very first trailer for "Resident Evil 7" - the next chapter and evolution in the "RE/ Biohazard" series that brings back the "Survival Horror" but changes it up by making it a "First Person" experience.
