ICYMI: X of Swords, the next X-Men Crossover event, debuts this September


Following the understandable shifts and delays caused by the corona virus pandemic, Marvel has finally gone back to promoting and delivering news for their upcoming books and storylines - including the new X-Men crossover event "X of Swords".

Showing off a new image for the title "X-Men: X of Swords: Creation #1" - the cover features the powerful mutant Apocalypse in the front, with the faces of his former horsemen above and a number of X-characters beside him like Beast, Rachel Summers, Cable, M, and Arakko - all prepared to face what looks like a horde of demons coming at them. The title will be written by Jonathan Hickman and Tini Howard, with art by Pepe Larraz. For more details on what the storyline teases, check out Superherohype.

X-Men: Apocalypse: The History of Apocalypse Featurette, promo poster, and fan screening Details released


Hitting theaters later this month and set to introduce the cinematic version of one of the greatest adversaries Marvel's Merry Mutants have ever known, 20th Century Fox and Marvel have released a new promotional poster (via Comic Book Movie) and "History of Apocalypse" featurette for "X-Men: Apocalypse" - the third film in the X-Men Prequel trilogy and once again directed by longtime X-Men Movies director Bryan Singer.

Additionally, a fan screening is happening on May 9, with details on the official X-Men Movies FB page.

X-Men: Apocalypse will hit theaters internationally on May 18, and on the US on May 27.

X-Men: Apocalypse: New "Four Horsemen" Character Posters and Featurette released


Gearing up for the arrival of En Sabah Nur as well as the return of Marvel's Merry Mutants for another adventure in the big screen, 20th Century Fox and Marvel have released a new featurette video and four character posters spotlighting the "Four Horsemen" that serve as Apocalypse's squad in the upcoming X-Men Movies sequel "X-Men: Apocalypse".

The minute and a half long featurette takes a look at Angel, Storm, Psylocke, and Magneto - who have become instruments to carry out the will of the powerful mutant bent on reshaping everything and destroying anything that gets in his way. X-Men: Apocalypse: New Theatrical Trailer released


After releasing two posters that showcase Apocalypse and his Four Horsemen and Charles Xavier and his X-Men, 20th Century Fox and Marvel have released a brand new theatrical trailer for "X-Men: Apocalypse" that pretty much seals the deal that it is going to be one intense new film in the new timeline started by X-Men: First Class.

X-Men: Apocalypse: "Destroy" poster shows off the Four Horsemen of Apocalypse


With so much anticipation and excitement already building for the packed summer blockbuster season filled with comic book themed movies, 20th Century Fox and Marvel have released via Yahoo! (and Comic Book.com) a brand new poster for "X-Men: Apocalypse", which features the titular villainous mutant (played by Oscar Isaac) and his chosen "Four Horsemen" - namely Magneto (Michael Fassbender), Psylocke (Olivia Munn), Storm (Alexandra Shipp), and Angel (Ben Hardy). How Professor  X (James McAvoy), Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence), and the rest of the team deal with the new threat to mutant and humankind is anyone's guess.

X-Men: Apocalypse: New "Apocalypse" poster revealed by Bryan Singer


After unveiling the first trailer to his upcoming new sequel in the X-Men prequel films, director Bryan Singer took to his official Instagram page (via Comic Book.com) and has uploaded a new one sheet poster for next year's "X-Men: Apocalypse", featuring none other than Apocalypse - the titular villain and namesake character of the movie played by Oscar Isaac as he glances at a human skull while crushing it with his bare hand.

X-Men: Apocalypse is set to be released on May 27, 2016.

Hitting just before "Star Wars: The Force Awakens", 20th Century Fox and Marvel have officially released the first trailer to the next installment in the X-Men Prequel films with next year's "X-Men: Apocalypse".

X-Men Apocalypse: Bryan Singer teases new production art from the sequel


Shaping things up on what is expected to be quite the sequel for X-Men film fans next year, Bryan Singer has revealed some production art on his official Instagram page from "X-Men: Apocalypse", which sees a shadowy figure looking at an alien ship. If that doesn't look like the titular evil mutant and villain of the movie at all, then it could be anyone's guess... Only Singer knows for sure!
