Pedro Pascal's first role for the unaired NBC Wonder Woman pilot resurfaces online

It's hard to believe that there was a time when Wonder Woman stood a chance of getting a brand new TV Series airing on NBC with Adrianne Palicki as the Amazon Warrior Princess, but it's even harder to believe that Maxwell Lord actor and "Wonder Woman 1984" star Pedro Pascal was actually a character in that unaired pilot... And the footage has resurfaced online courtesy of Reddit and posted on Comic Book Movie!

OTHER: TIL that Pedro Pascal was cast in an unaired Wonder Woman (2011) tv show produced by WBTV and DC entertainment for NBC. from r/DC_Cinematic

Pascal of course would go on to star in other bigger roles, including as Oberyn Martell in Game of Thrones and Din Djardin aka Mando in The Mandalorian! How things come full circle!

TV Shows: DC orders Constantine, The Flash, and iZombie; Marvel orders Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Agent Carter

Looks like the comic book wave of TV Shows just got a whole lot bigger... And we have tons to look forward to for the 2014-2015 TV Schedule from properties hailing from the Big Two comic book companies, DC Comics and Marvel!

First off, after the FOX Pre-Batman series "Gotham" got the big news a few days ago and got picked up as a series, NBC has officially announced that the Matt Ryan starring series "Constantine" has also gotten the order, and will see everyone's favorite Hellblazer, con-man, and occult artist defend up from the supernatural and forces from beyond.

Then, The CW has also gotten the official order to turn the "Arrow" spin-off series "The Flash" into a series, with Grant Gustin set-on to become the Scarlet Speedster and run his own set of adventures as a superhero! Another DC/ Vertigo imprint, iZombie, has also received the greenlight, in addition to Arrow of course getting it's third season!

On the Marvel side of things, Agent Phil Coulson and his ragtag team of agents will return for a second season of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.". While the show was struggling with mixed to critical reviews, it has been renewed, and following the changes made after the events of "Captain America: The Winter Soldier", it would seem a wise and obvious move by ABC.

Following this, looks like Hayley Atwell will be reprising her role as Agent Peggy Carter once more for the spin-off series "Marvel's Agent Carter", which spins off the first Captain America film and the short "Agent Carter" that was attached to the home video release of "Iron Man 3". This looks promising and should be entertaining to those who want to see more of the female agent and one of the co-founders of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Constantine TV Series: First look at Matt Ryan as "John Constantine" revealed!

Being developed and filmed currently as one of many new TV shows based on characters from the DC Universe, NBC has officially released the first image of actor Matt Ryan as DC/ Vertigo's occult detective John Constantine in the upcoming "Constantine" TV Series! Unlike the 2005 depiction of Keanu Reeves in the big screen, Ryan's take looks very much faithful to the source material, and will certainly delight fans of "Hellblazer" as he looks true to form and just needs a cigarette to complete the look!

For more information, visit the source post at Superherohype!

No release date for "Constantine" has been given, but expect it to arrive sometime during the 2014-2015 TV season, much like The Flash and Gotham!
