After a near month long hiatus and set to return next week and resume its final leg of the season, The CW has released a "Sizzle Reel" trailer for the final five episodes of "Arrow" Season 5 - promising to bring closure for Oliver Queen's current battle with the villain Prometheus and the return of some familiar faces... Arrow: Stephen Amell reveals the return of Manu Bennett as Deathstroke in Season 5

One of the best things about The CW's Arrow is FINALLY making his long awaited return, as Oliver Queen/ Green Arrow actor Stephen Amell tweeted revealing that Manu Bennett, aka Slade Wilson/ Deathstroke is returning for the final leg of Arrow Season 5!

In the tweet, Amell said "Desperate times call for desperate measures", with a picture of Slade's mask in a grassy field.

UPDATE (3/12): Manu Bennett tweeted that he isn't in the Arrow set (https://twitter.com/manubennett/status/851558978832089088), leading many to wonder if it's just "Deathstroke" and not the actor who played him returning.

How this plays into the events of Arrow Season 5 with its remaining episodes is anyone's guess, but the last time Slade was seen with Manu Bennett playing him was in the middle of Season 3. This should be a welcome return for fans, and if it is Oliver seeking his help to defeat Promethues... That should be interesting. Arrow Season 5 will resume its run on April 26.

The Flash: "Dynamic Duet" poster for Flash/ Supergirl Musical Episode released

Debuting on The Flash and Supergirl Facebook pages, The CW has released the official poster promoting the upcoming "Flash/ Supergirl Musical Crossover Episode", where The Scarlet Speedster and Girl of Steel team up in a dream world to take on the Music Meister as the "Dynamic Duet"! Coincidentally this also means stars Grant Gustin and Melissa Benoist do their "Glee" thing again, so it's a reunion of sorts for both stars in the musical scene.

Here's the promo for the episode in case you want to know where the beat goes.

Supergirl: Last Children of Krypton poster evokes Crisis on Infinite Earths #7

Set to air tonight and already looking as epic as the cover that inspired the one sheet itself, The CW has released a brand new promotional poster via their Facebook page for "Supergirl" that sees Melissa Benoist's Girl of Steel unconscious and being held by her own cousin Superman (played by Tyler Hoeclin) - who comes to her rescue after she is injured from a kryptonite powered villain.

The poster of course takes inspiration from the cover to "Crisis on Infinite Earths #7" - which sees Superman carrying and mourning the fallen body of Supergirl after she sacrifices her life to try and stop the Anti-Monitor. That storyline of course isn't happening in the TV Series, but to see The CW pay homage to that bit of comic history is a nice touch. In fact, the network has released a few clips for the upcoming episode like this one below
