Arcade 1Up reveals new X-Men Vs Street Fighter and Marvel Vs Capcom cabinets - coming Fall 2020

During IGN's Summer of Gaming event, retro Arcade cabinet supplier Arcade1UP revealed their next line-up of selections from the past that are going to be available in the coming months ahead - including an X-Men Vs Street Fighter cabinet and a variant Marvel Vs Capcom cabinet! Those who enjoy the classic Capcom Marvel VS games will be able to take these gems home at long last -  and they stand 4 feet tall and contain a selection of games  - which you can read about at the official Arcade1Up site.

Meet Tekken 7's newest and Japan/ East Asia exclusive character - Lucky Chloe

In case you missed it, meet Tekken 7's newest character... And she literally looks like the next ideal cosplay target for those looking to dress as something from the fighting game series' immense and growing roster.

Say Hello to Lucky Chloe! A cat girl who looks like a mix between SEGA dancing game mascot Hatsune Miku and Taokaka from the Blazblue fighting game series.

Now... Some feel she looks a little out of place for the Tekken universe. She's a hip-hop dancer who speaks English and Japanese, but acts cute and cuddly at the same time. Could this the next Lily, or something more? Mixed reactions came in online, and Tekken series directer Katsuhiro Harada did not take the reactions well.

As a result and according to a report in VG 24/7, Lucky Chloe may be a Japan/ East Asia exclusive character.

Tokyo Game Show 2010: Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition Trailer!

It was bound to show up sooner or later, but now Capcom and SSFIV producer Yoshinori Ono have just unveiled the first official trailer of Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition on the Tokyo Game Show 2010 floor! Check out the new tweaks, and the official introduction of Street Fighter III veterans Yun and Yang into the Super Street Fighter IV roster!

Super Street Fighter IV Update: The first arcade action screenshot of Yun!

Super Street Fighter IV Producer Yoshinori Ono is quite the tease. Not only has he been updating his Twitter account constantly with updates concerning the arcade release of Super Street Fighter IV, but he's also been showing off picture progress, and the latest one all but officially confirms the appearance of another SFIII veteran making his debut in the newest Capcom brawler! Who am I talking about, why none other than Hong Kong born fighter Yun of course! Check out the pic released by Ono-San and the folks from Fighter's Generation!

Ah Ono-San, you're a real teaser.XD Who knows what Yun's Ultra move will be? Also, now that he's here, can we expect his brother Yang to follow as well? Stay tuned for more updates!

KOF XIII Update: Adding New Tweaks To The Competition!

It's been a while since I've heard any word on The King Of Fighters XIII, but all that changes with these neat looking Technical Video Chapters released by the folks from SNK Playmore, giving players some more insight as to what to expect from the new entry to the series. As the latest installment that promises to conclude the Ash Crimson saga, KOF XIII removes some of the last game's gameplay elements, such as the Critical Counter System, but delivers some new tweaks in its place, such as EX Moves ala Street Fighter IV, and the return of the Multi Power Gauge, as well as adding Drive Cancels, aka Super Cancels. Looking good, eh? With console releases to follow shortly, KOF XIII will first make its mark when it gets released on arcades in Japan this July 14.

Super Street Fighter IV Update: New Updates Away!

Super Street Fighter IV is getting the rave treatment before its release, and the excitement for it just got bigger! Blogged by Kotaku and announced at this recent Japanese Championship Tournament by producer Yoshinori Ono, the game will officially see an arcade release... well, in Japan first at least! The original Street Fighter IV also saw release as a coin-op prior to being ported and expanded in its console iterations, but SSFIV arcade will be a different affair, as it will be released side by side with the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions, bringing the fight to a fair level for all brawlers out there! Fighting games were made for the arcade scene, and I'm happy and hoping that this baby will land in a mall nearby! While SSFIV expands its reach to other territories, let's not forget the console scene, where new marketing changes and additions have been made to promote the game's release. The North American version of the game had its box cover slightly altered, but nothing but a few cosmetic changes to what is considered to be the least favorite among the cover to cover bunch. Via Capcom's blog, take a look and see British boxer and SFIII veteran Dudley replacing Cammy in the final NA version of the boxart.


Finally, to cap things off, here's a brand new TV Spot promoting the game, with rapping and styling by rapper Just Blaze. Check it!
