Deadpool and Wolverine: Director Shawn Levy Shares Behind The Scenes Photo of The Resistance

By this point, it would have been over a week now since “Deadpool and Wolverine” exploded into theaters worldwide - and spoilers have been around social media even since San Diego Comic Con weekend and thanks to stars Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool), Hugh Jackman (Wolverine), director Shawn Levy, and Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige introducing the cameo cast of characters that appear in the film - including Chris Evans as Johnny Storm, Dafne Keen as Laura Kinney/ X-23, Jennifer Garner as Elektra, Wesley Snipes as Blade, and Channing Tatum as Gambit!

Now the director of the film has posted publicly in his Instagram a behind the scenes photo of The Resistance group in The Void - which includes everyone sans Chris Evans Johnny Storm in the shot (and if you see the movie you’ll know why).

It’s a fun behind the scenes moment and definitely we’ll be seeing more stuff posted by the cast and crew (including Ryan Reynolds spotlighting Wesley Snipes and Hugh Jackman wearing the Wolverine cowl) soon!

Logan: James Mangold shares some more never before seen photos and concepts from the film

Undeniably one of the best superhero films ever made and something very worthy of the Academy Awards, director James Mangold's "Logan" was a certified hit and up there among the best movies released in 2017. It was the swan song and perfect ending for Hugh Jackman's tenure as the titular character in Fox's "X-Men Movies" saga - with the former "Wolverine" living his twilight years caring for an ailing Charles Xavier and discovering he has a clone daughter in Laura/ X-23.

Recently, James Mangold held a watch party for "Logan", and shared some new "Never-Before-Seen" pictures and concept art from the film that delivers more insight and glimpses into what made this X-Men spin-off film resonate with the fanbase. You can check out more via Comic Book Movie.com

Hugh Jackman pays tribute to "Logan" with new photos of his ripped old Wolverine

It's been THREE YEARS since Hugh Jackman went at it "One Last Time" and played the superhero part he made famous in the big screen as Wolverine/ Logan in the aptly titled "Logan" - the X-Men Movies spin-off film and third entry in the "Wolverine Trilogy" that sees an aged, battered, and tired Logan living in a world with lesser mutants and caring for an elderly Charles Xavier - only to be thrust back into the spotlight when he is hunted by men looking for a young girl with the same powers he has. It was the perfect send-off movie for the character who has been the centerpiece of Fox's X-Men Movies for years, and Jackman honors that legacy by sharing some new photos of his jacked up Old Man Logan with claws sheathed out via his Instagram!

X-CELLENT looking photos of the best there is. Jackman really got ripped for the role.

Directed by James Mangold, Logan was released in March 2017 and was one of the last films of 20th Century Fox's X-Men film franchise before the company was eventually bought by Disney. Jackman also co-starred with the returning Patrick Stewart as Professor X/ Charles Xavier, while a then young Dafne Keen played his daughter Laura Kinney/ X-23.

Logan: "Laura's Claws" clip released online

Making its way slowly to theaters and delivering on the "dark tone" that had Fox a bit concerned before approving the R-Rating of the film, a new clip has gone online to promote "Logan" - the final Wolverine solo film that sees Hugh Jackman unsheathing the claws "One Last Time" in a futuristic tale where the feral mutant is older and must protect a young girl exhibiting the same powers as he does.

Speaking of that young girl, Laura Kinney/ X-23 is the star of the latest clip from the film, showing how experiments were done on her to give her "claws" and powers similar to the Wolverine himself.

Logan hits theaters on March 2017.

Rumor: The Original Wolverine may be set to return soon with upcoming Marvel changes

Take this with a very BIG grain of salt, but if this report from Comic Book Movie holds any water coming from another report from Bleeding Cool about Marvel bringing back A-Listers in 2018, then we might be seeing the long awaited return of the one and only ORIGINAL Earth-616 Wolverine - who is currently still dead after "The Death of Wolverine" storyline left him encased in Adamantium. Currently it's his female clone X-23 walking around with the mantle, while his alternate reality-displaced "Old Man Logan" self has been running around in his place too.

It would be pretty refreshing to see the original back, especially with "Logan" set to make a mark next month in theaters and may arguably be Hugh Jackman's final time in the role. We'll just have to wait and see what happens. The Best There Is In What He Does may just surprise us with an (expected) come back yet...

Logan: Normal and Red Band 2nd Trailer released

Despite the fact that he says it's "One Last Time" for him to play the role or rumors suggesting that he may yet come back to even team up with Ryan Reynolds for a crossover with Deadpool, Hugh Jackman is set to play his signature superhero role of Wolverine for what may be his greatest challenge yet in the twilight of his heroic career, as he cares for an ailing Professor X and finds a young mutant girl who has the same power as he has in the final Wolverine film of the X-Men Movies series called "Logan".

To further promote for the release of the James Mangold directed film coming out in less than two months, a brand new theatrical trailer has been released by 20th Century Fox and Marvel, showing more on the developing bond between Logan and his young female clone, X-23.

Additionally a "Red Band" version of the same trailer was also released, featuring a few additional scenes that includes some profanity and more interaction between the characters that includes Patrick Stewart's Professor X.
