Hasbro Unveils Marvel Legends “Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania” Wave and New Comic Figures

 

Unveiled just in time to hype up anticipation for the first new Marvel Studios film for Phase 5 and 2023, Hasbro had revealed the new set of Marvel Legends figures based on “Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania” - which will feature Scott Lang/ Ant-Man, Hope Van Dyne/ The Wasp, Cassie Lang/ Stature, and the new bad guy of The Multiverse Saga in Kang The Conqueror!

As seen via Gizmondo, the new Build-A-Figure for the 6” series will be a giant sized Cassie Lang/ Stature, and the comic themed characters rounding up the set will be Future Ant-Man, Crossfire, Egghead, and Ultron! Check out the article for more pics and details!

Hitting the internet just weeks before the next Marvel Cinematic Universe arrives in theaters, Marvel Studios has officially released the first trailer and poster to "Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania" - which will officially kick off "Phase 5" of the MCU and once again stars Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lily as Scott Lang and Hope Van Dyne - as they and the rest of the Pym family get sucked into an adventure in the Quantum Realm and take on Kang The Conqueror - as portrayed by Jonathan Majors!

After having its red carpet premiere last night in the US (which you can view on replay on Marvel's official Twitter page for Ant-Man), Marvel Studios has released a brand new featurette for their next upcoming superhero flick "Ant-Man & The Wasp" - which is once again directed by Peyton Reed and stars Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly as Scott Lang and Hope Van Dyne, aka the heroic size changing duo that team up to take on criminals everywhere!

To promote the upcoming release of the movie next week, Marvel has released a new featurette that takes a look at how one of the films's most gorgeous looking car chase scenes was made - shrinking sizes and all.

With just a few weeks to go before it hits theaters, Marvel Studios has released a brand new "Final Trailer" for Ant-Man and The Wasp - coinciding with the wave of new marketing material and exclusive posters released to promote the film! It gives new looks at the plot of the sequel to 2015's "Ant-Man", as well as the other characters appearing including the villain Ghost.

Captain America: Civil War: Impressive Concept Art of Giant-Man's fall by Team Iron Man

Showing off his extraordinary artistic skills, Marvel concept artist Andy Park has released via Twitter a concept art image of that pretty awesome sequence in "Captain America: Civil War" which saw the members of "Team Iron Man" swiftly taking down the huge form of Scott Lang in "Giant Man" as Spider-Man makes an "Empire Strikes Back" reference that sees Iron Man and War Machine take down Ant-Man's huge form!

Marvel Cinematic Universe: Ant-Man and The Wasp announced and schedules shifted

Heads up True Believes and Marvel Cinematic Universe fans, a MAJOR update has been announced by Disney and Marvel that'll add a slew of new films into the very productive schedule of the MCU... And one's a sequel to this year's Ant-Man!

According to Comic Book Movie.com, a sequel titled "Ant-Man and The Wasp" has been scheduled for a July 6, 2018 - meaning that Paul Rudd will be reprising his role as Scott Lang/ Ant-Man alongside Evangeline Lily as Hope Van Dyne Pym/ The Wasp!

Also, Captain Marvel has been moved to 2019 while Black Panther is scheduled for a February 18, 2018 release. Three other new Marvel films have also been announced for 2020... But their titles haven't been revealed yet.

In an interesting way to spread interest and further connecting the Marvel Cinematic Universe together, Marvel and WHIH have paired together to create this interesting viral video featuring Paul Rudd as Scott Lang as an inmate of San Quentin prison before the events of the movie "Ant-Man", with the news anchor being none other than Christine Everhart from the Iron Man movies, as played by Leslie Bibb!

Hot Toys' Ant-Man figure revealed

Announced just in time for the movie's release in theaters this week, Hong Kong based toy manufacturer Hot Toys has released photos and are taking pre-orders for their next upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe figure in "Ant-Man"! Based on the likeness of star Paul Rudd who plays Scott Lang, the 1/6 scale comes with numerous accessories, including an LED helmet that lights up when Scott puts it on and a miniature Ant-Man figure to show the size-changing difference when he shrinks!
