Swinging right into stores and retailers beginning next month in anticipation for the long awaited animated movie sequel by Sony Pictures Animation and Marvel, Hasbro has officially unveiled their upcoming wave of "Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse" Marvel Legends action figures - which includes the Spider Gang heroes Miles Morales, Peter B. Parker, and Gwen Stacy, as well as new Spider variants from the multiverse including Spider-Man 2099, Spider-Punk, and Jessica Drew aka Spider-Woman!

In what should come as no surprise to fans of the series and those who were expecting hype and a great remake to boot, Capcom has officially reported that the Resident Evil 4 remake has sold over three million units in the first two days of release! That's another impressive feat for the franchise, and an expected result considering the game is a long awaited reimagining and modernization of what is considered to be one of the greatest and most influential games of all time!
Resident Evil 4 is now available for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC!
A familiar face will return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe more than 15 years after her last appearance in a full-lemgth Marvel Studios film, as Liv Tyler will return as Betty Ross for the fourth Captain America film that will be headlined by Sam Wilson’s Star-Spangled Avenger in “Captain America: New World Order”!
First seen in 2008’s “The Incredible Hulk” and playing the love interest of Edward Norton’s Bruce Banner/ Hulk, this will be Tyler’s second appearance in an MCU film as well as the character of Betty Ross - who was last seen in a “What If?” episode but voiced by Resident Evil 2 voice actress Stephanie Panisello. She joins Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson/ Captain America as well as a cast that includes her Incredible Hulk co-star Tim Blake Nelson, and The Falcon and The Winter Soldier actors Danny Ramirez and Carl Lumbly - who reprise their roles as Joaquin Torres and Isaiah Bradley. Directed by Julius Onah, Captain America: New World Order will be part of Phase 5 of the MCU and will be release on late April/ early May of next year.
One of the best Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles storylines from the past few years by original creators Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird is officially getting the video game treatment, as Polygon reports that “The Last Ronin” - the 2020 graphic novel series storyline that sees the last surviving turtle in a dystopian future out to avenge the death of his master and fallen brothers.
Announced by Paramount Global’s Senior Vice President for Games and Emerging Media Doug Rosen, the developer is still being kept under wraps - but the game is said to be a “AAA” title that draws heavily from the story and is inspired by action RPG’s like “God of War”. The Last Ronin of course is revealed to be Michaelangelo at the end of first issue of the storyline - and the tale is greatly influenced by “The Dark Knight Returns” in tome and style.
Resident Evil 4 Remake is about to hit store shelves worldwide, and to remind fans and give them a sense of nostalgia and laughter especially on the franchise's 27th anniversary - Capcom has partnered with famous anime studio Nippon Animation to create a series of short videos/ PVs that parodies the game in a cute chibi light... But with the violence and action expected from a story that features Leon S. Kennedy and Ashley Graham trying to escape a village and cult group infected with a parasitic virus!

Resident Evil 4 Remake hits consoles and PCs worldwide on March 24!
After helming the Guardians of the Galaxy films for Marvel Studios and coming from directing “The Suicide Squad” and landing the role of co-chairman for the newly established “DC Studios” that will reboot Warner Bros. Discovery’s DC Universe of films and other related media, filmmaker James Gunn has announced that he will be directing “Superman: Legacy” - based off his own script and which will launch the first phase of DC Studios’ slate of movies and series which is entitled “Chapter One: Gods and Monsters”.
As reported by Deadline and announced by Gunn himself, the film will deal with Superman’s heritage as both the last survivor of Krypton and as an adopted child of Earth - reconciling his Kryptonian heritage with being a farm boy raised by loving parents from Smallville, Kansas. The film will be released on July 11, 2015.
McFarlane Toys' upcoming DC Multivese 7" figures and vehicles based off "The Flash" movie have been revealed online via Amazon Canada (and Toynewsi), giving collectors and fans a glimpse at the upcoming superhero film that's set to reboot the DC Films universe and gather all kinds of variants and versions of the Scarlet Speedster and Dark Knight - with the latter versions played once again by Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton!
As seen in these promotional images, we have a good look at Batman (Keaton), Batman (Affleck), the two versions of Ezra Miller's Flash (with one making his suit out of a spare Batcostume of Keaton's Batman), Supergirl, and even Dark Flash. Also there'll be vehicles from the film that are used by each Batmen - namely the iconic 1989 Batmobile and Batfleck's Batcycle!
Hitting theaters in less than three months and adapting to live-action for the very first time the characters from the "Beast Wars" saga of Transformers, Paramount Pictures and Hasbro have released three new character posters for "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts" - which feature Optimus Prime, Mirage, and Optimus Primal!
Directed by Steven Caple Jr., the film is the seventh installment in the Transformers films franchise and a sequel to Bumblebee. It will be released in theaters this June!
Resident Evil fans itching for a hands-on taste of things to come for the RE4 Remake are finally getting their wish, as Capcom has announced during their "Capcom Spotlight" showcase that the "Resident Evil 4: Chainsaw Demo" will be available TODAY for PC and gaming platforms - allowing players to experience the first sequence of Leon S. Kennedy's adventure to save the president's daughter from the Los Illuminados!

Looks like fans of the Marvel Netflix shows who have wanted to see the return of another familiar face from that universe and be integrated to the proper Marvel Cinematic Universe are getting their wish - as The Hollywood Reporter has delivered the news that Jon Bernthal is returning to his iconic role as Frank Castle/ The Punisher for “Daredevil: Born Again”!
First appearing as the gun-totting vigilante in the second season of Marvel’s Daredevil and then getting two seasons of his own spin-off series, Bernthal will be reuniting with Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock/ Daredevil and Vincent D’Onofrio’s Wilson Fisk/ Kingpin in the new Daredevil series - which is set to be released on Spring 2024 on Disney +. No other details have been released yet, but we can be sure this is just the beginning of exciting things to come and a reintegration of the Netflix Marvel shows into the MCU!

After showing off their line of toys that have already been solicited and put on pre-order like the upcoming X-Men themed figures and the MCU Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania and GOTG Vol. 3 waves, here comes new reveals for the comic book themed Spider-Man and Avengers figures - with the latter celebrating 60 years of Earth's Mightiest Heroes under the "Avengers: Beyond Earth's Mightiest" banner!
To start things off, here's a look at the new wave of Spider-Man themed figures - which includes both versions of Ben Reilly's new look as Spider-Man (Beyond) and Chasm, Miles Morales new Spider-Man suit, Richard Fisk aka The Rose, Jessica Drew Spider-Woman's short lived new modern suit, Elekrta in her Daredevil outfit, and Tarantula!
Then we come to the VHS style "Spider-Man: The Animated Series" figures, with a look at the already revealed Carnage and Black Suit/ Symbiote Suit Spider-Man figures and then the new Aunt May and Doctor Octopus two-pack - with bendable tentacles for the latter!
Finally, here's the first look at the "Avengers: Beyond Earth's Mightiest" wave of figures that commemorate 60 years of Earth's Mightiest Heroes in comics!
The line-up consists of a new Mark I Iron Man, Bruce Banner and Grey Hulk, a Walt Simonson era bearded Thor with the Destroyer, a new classic Hawkeye rinding an Avengers skycycle, a 1980's Secret Wars Doctor Doom and Monica Rambeau Captain Marvel, 1990's era Avengers bomber jacket wearing Sersi and Black Knight, a new super-articulated Black Widow, a NEW Bucky Captain America using the Vulcan body (so meta!), Skrull Queen Veranke and a Super Skrull with Avengers powers from Secret Invasion, and finally the Super Adaptoid!
