ICYMI: Everything goes Mad Max style in the first trailer for "The LEGO Movie 2"!


Hold on to your bricks and get ready to meet the gang again in a post-apocalyptic brick world kind of setting, as Warner Bros. Pictures presents the first trailer and look to the much anticipated sequel to 2014's "The LEGO Movie" with "The LEGO Movie 2" - with Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Banks, Will Arnett, and the rest of the cast reprising their roles as Emmet, Wyldstyle, Batman, and other fan favorite brick personalities!

The Lego Batman Movie hits Blu-Ray and DVD this June


Looks like AWESOME is coming home in a few months time for collectors and Batfans worldwide, as Warner Bros. has announced that this year's "The Lego Movie" spin-off in "The Lego Batman Movie" will be released in Digital HD on May 19 and on Blu-Ray and DVD this June After grossing more than $300 Million worldwide, the Lego version of the Caped Crusader and his blocky world finally comes home, and if you haven't seen it yet it's one of the films this year that I reviewed and totally deserves the praise it gets.

Hitting theaters in a few weeks and bringing together an AWESOME gathering of DC Characters yet starring one famous "Black and Yellow" clad superhero, Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment have released new promotional videos for "The Lego Batman Movie", which features the cast of the film giving hilarious interviews in a "Behind the Bricks" feature and Lego Batman himself greeting everyone a "Happy Chinese New Year"!

The Lego Batman Movie: Chevorlet reveals "The Batmobile" commercial


With less than a month left until it hits theaters and shows an "uber awesome movie" the spins off the events of 2014's "The Lego Movie", Warner Bros., DC Entertainment, and Chevrolet have teamed up to show a new kind of commercial promoting the Batmobile as seen in the upcoming "The Lego Batman Movie", with Will Arnett back as Batman and showing why his car can kick butt.

The focus study group shown the car has other opinions though, as seen in the advertisement.

The LEGO Batman Movie: "Graffiti" posters released


In what is another AWESOME WAY to promote the upcoming spin-off film of the 2014 "The Lego Movie", Warner Bros. has released a series of "Graffiti" posters for "The LEGO Batman Movie" - which features Will Arnett back as the Caped Crusader as he defends (Lego) Gotham City from an attack by The Joker as well as learning what it means to have an extended family at the same time.

Welcome 2017! Happy New Year from Lego Batman!


Welcoming 2017 in style and preparing the world for his AWESOME movie coming next year, Warner Bros. has released a brand new short "New Year" clip featuring Lego Batman and Robin doing a "Great Gatsby" nod and saying Happy New Year to promote "The Lego Batman Movie" coming this February!

ICYMI: The Lego Batman Movie Trailer #4 released


Hitting theaters early next year and giving actor Will Arnett his own exclusive film to voice his version of the Caped Crusader himself, Warner Bros. Pictures, DC Entertainment, and Lego have released a brand new trailer for "The Lego Batman Movie", which is a spin-off of 2014's "The Lego Movie" and sees Lego Batman back in action in his hometown of Gotham City, with his extended family and rogues gallery starring too!

With Batman v Superman opening with strong numbers despite mixed reviews (earning a record breaking $424.1 Million Worldwide on its first weekend), the other new Batflick to look forward to early next year gets a second trailer to its name... Yes this is Lego Batman we're talking about, and Will Arnett has more to say as the brick version of the Caped Crusader... With more Justice League action in tow!

DC Comics: November is LEGO Variant cover month

As August is to "Selfies", DC Comics is doing another thematic variant cover experience this coming November... And it's all about LEGO!

To celebrate the release of Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, the publisher is releasing these variant covers of the heroes and villains of The DC New 52 Universe in block form... And it looks explosive and dynamic to boot!


Above is an example, featuring a Lego version of The Dark Knight Detective himself, Batman, for the variant cover to Detective Comics #36, via LA Times' Hero Complex.

The Lego Movie: New TV Spot introduces "Bruce Wayne"


If there wasn't enough already to be excited for with Phil Lord and Chris Miller's "The Lego Movie" come February, then this new TV Spot shakes things up a little by showing off not just the cast and crew highlighted by Emmet (Chris Pratt), Vitruvius (Morgan Freeman), Wyldstyle (Elizabeth Banks), and Batman (Will Arnet), but also various characters, superheroes, cats, villains... And Billionaire Bruce Wayne?!

Lego Marvel Super Heroes: New game poster debuts online


Making its way to video game stores this coming Tuesday, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Marvel Entertainment have released a brand new poster for the upcoming new video game featuring several of Marvel's popular heroes in Lego form with "Lego Marvel Super Heroes"!

The game will be coming to current generation consoles and handheld platforms, and will feature several of Marvel Comics popular heroes like Captain America, Spider-Man, Iron Man, The Hulk, Wolverine, and Thor as playable characters.

Lego Marvel Superheroes: New Gamescom 2013 trailer shows off what Dr. Doom is planning


Set to be released later this fall for multiple video game platforms and consoles, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is teaming up with Marvel Entertainment to bring the heroes of the Marvel Universe into the Lego world, in an upcoming new video game called "Lego: Marvel Super Heroes"! Played in the same style as the Lego Batman and Lego Star Wars games, the heroes of the House of Ideas band together to stop a big threat when the "Cosmic Brick" pieces of the Silver Surfer's surfboard scatter around the Earth, giving villains the chance to use the cosmic power for their own personal whims.

NYCC '12: Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Part 2 & Lego Batman: The Movie trailers released


Last weekend's New York Comic Con was filled with tons of popculture news that gave a lot of reason to look forward to next year, and none could contest that things would shine brighter in the corner of a certain Dark Knight hero! DC Comics very own Batman is getting two animated films in 2013 in the form of Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Part 2 and Lego Batman: The Movie - DC Superheroes Unite! The Dark Knight Rises Trailer 2... in LEGO form!


Rarely do I get to see productions getting the LEGO treatment done so spectacularly, and this one comes along and blows my head away! Batman fans and those waiting for Christopher Nolan's "The Dark Knight Rises" will be impressed, and seeing the stuff come to life in LEGO form just makes me anticipate the movie all the more!
