Gotham: Hugo Strange cast for Season 2 and to be played by BD Wong
Adding yet another familiar villainous face to the growing roster of bad guys making their appearance in the show, Fox and Warner Bros. have officially announced that "Jurassic World" and "Law and Order: SVU" actor BD Wong has been cast as the deranged psychiatrist Professor Hugo Strange, a man who is one of The Dark Knight's first supervillains. Strange is also actually the first villain to discover Batman's secret identity of Bruce Wayne, but develops an obsession to actually replace and become the hero... Which he repeatedly fails to do so in his comic book appearances.
The news comes from Comic Book.com, and also details how Strange plays into the events of "Gotham" - now on its second season and continuing the series that explores a Pre-Batman Gotham City that is slowly becoming home to the supervillains it is notorious for and the few forces of justice like a young Detective James Gordon who continue to fight for the innocent.
Gotham airs every Mondays on Fox.

It's October 21, 2015: Happy Back To The Future Day!
GREAT SCOTT~!!! In case you haven't realized yet with this post, it's already October 21, 2015... The exact date that Doctor Emmett Brown and Marty McFly travelled to future Hill Valley in the November 22, 1989 epic flick of a sequel that was "Back To The Future Part II"!
In what is certainly a milestone and celebration for all, today's "Back To The Future Day" doesn't just celebrate seeing Pepsi Perfects, Hover Boards, and Flying Cars (most of which didn't really see realization in this date), but also the 30th Anniversary of the entire BTTF franchise as a whole. In fact, a new Blu-Ray "Back To The Future Trilogy 30th Anniversary Collection" was released today in the US... Perfect for those looking for a definite edition of the Robert Zemeckis and Steven Spielberg classic series, and then some extra new content as well!
Reprising his signature role as Doc Brown, Christopher Lloyd gives a special message to fans and newbies alike in this video that truly proves that the Future is unwritten and what you make it... Just make it a good one. ;)
Once again... HAPPY BACK TO THE FUTURE DAY!!!

Star Wars: The Force Awakens: New Theatrical Poster and Trailer TV Spot released
Not wasting any time in promoting the long awaited new chapter in a saga that happens in a galaxy far, far away, Disney and LucasFilm have released the brand new poster to "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" - which pretty much features every prominent cast member from the new film set 30 years after the events of Return of the Jedi - with the poster featuring old Rebel Alliance heroes such as Han Solo, Princess Leia, and Chewbacca, as well as the newbies in Rey, Finn, and the new red lightsaber wielding character Kylo Ren. Missing in the poster is Luke Sywalker... But that is possibly an intentional thing to draw mystery... And the looming presence of a new weapon that "surpasses" the Death Star is in the background as well.
EDIT: Designed by Star Wars fan and Anakin Skywalker cosplayer Bryan Morton (which LOOKED like a Drew Struzan work), this new theatrical poster is the second one released, and coincides with the coming of a brand new trailer that hits with ESPN Monday Night Football. Happy 43 years, Mazinger Z~!
Celebrating 43 years of fighting evil mechanical beasts and protecting humanity from evil, Go Nagai's Mazinger Z is truly one of the epic legends of Japanese Popculture, and is arguably considered the "Grandfather" of the Super Robot genre! Pilot Koji Kabuto and his robot companion have landed Rocket Punches, Rust Hurricanes, and Breast Fires in several mediums, but everything started way back in October 2, 1972 when the first manga volume was released on the Weekly Shonen Jump, followed by the classic anime series on December 3 that same year.
Let's revisit nostalgia with the original opening.
Then most recently, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain had this nifty tribute... Which I took the liberty of doing a video recording during gameplay ala PS4... ROCKET PUNCH ALA VENOM SNAKE!
There you go... HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, MAZINGER Z!!!
