A week after the release of the Steve Rogers/ Captain America teaser featuring the return of Chris Evans in the role, Marvel has officially released the second of four planned teasers trailers for “Avengers: Doomsday” - which shows Chris Hemsworth back as Thor Odinson!
Now sporting short hair again like in Thor: Ragnarok and Avengers: Infinity War and wielding Stormbreaker, the God of Thunder prays to Odin for strength and guidance as he prepares for a new battle in the name of protecting his adopted daughter Love. Check out the teaser below!

December 8, 2025 marks 20 YEARS since the release of the original “Ryu Ga Gotoku” in Japan for the PlayStation 2. Better known as “Yakuza” in the west and later its literal translation of “Like A Dragon”, the SEGA action adventure series has seen a phenomenal rise and many sequels, remakes, and spin-offs since the release of the original game - and now RGG Studio and the rest of the cast and crew are delivering some special messages for the fans to see below to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the series!
One of the most anticipated video game movie sequels finally gets a proper trailer to its name, as Universal Pictures, Illumination, and Nintendo have dropped the brand new look to “The Super Mario Galaxy Movie” - which will be released this coming April 2026 and will feature the return of Chris Pratt as Mario, Anya Taylor Joy as Princess Peach, Jack Black as Bowser, and the rest of the gang from the 2023 film “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” and will feature two new cast members in Brie Larson and Benny Safdie as Rosalina and Bowser Jr.!
In a few short months, the next chapter in Capcom’s long running Resident Evil series will be released as “Resident Evil: Requiem” takes center stage in the latest digital showcase event released. Featuring new information on the different editions the game will have when it is released at the end of February next year, the ninth mainline entry has a lot of hype and excitement building up for fans of the series - especially as it releases on the 30th anniversary year of Resident Evil!

Tony Stark will make you feel he’s a cool exec with a heart of steel anew, as Marvel Comics has revealed during their “Next Big Thing” at New York Comic Con that they are relaunching yet again a brand new volume of “Iron Man” - with DC Comics superstar writer Joshua Williamson taking on the writing reigns and Carmen Carnero handling art duties!

It’s official. Selina Kyle of the Absolute DC Universe is getting her very own miniseries, and it’s set to be released next year!
Announced at DC Comics New York Comic-Con 2025 panel, “Absolute Catwoman” will be spinning off the events of the smash hit “Absolute Batman” series - and will focus on Selina’s own adventures as overseen by Che Grayson, Scott Snyder, and Bengal.

The new video game starring Marvel’s Best There Is At What He Does FINALLY gets a release!
At the latest “State Of Play” digital event presented by PlayStation, Insomniac Games finally showcased a brand new gameplay trailer and behind the scenes video for “Wolverine” - their brand new upcoming video game collaboration alongside Marvel Games following the success of the critically acclaimed Spider-Man games. The new project sees the focus shift to the X-Men’s resident feral mutant with adamantium claws, and Liam McIntyre lends his voice and talents to bring Logan to life in his solo adventure set for release some time in Fall 2026!

Tokyo Game Show week has officially begun in Japan, and coinciding with the annual video game event comes RGG Studio's annual "RGG Summit" - where the latest announcements for their upcoming projects are made. As the Ryu Ga Gotoku/ Like A Dragon franchise celebrates its 20th anniversary this December, a new game has officially been announced to commemorate that occasion and it's Yakuza Kiwami 3!
That's right, the long awaited remake to 2009's Yakuza 3/ Ryu Ga Gotoku 3 has been officially revealed, and it will feature everything remade from the ground up - including using the Dragon Engine, having new game modes such as Kiryu managing his orphanage and forming a biker gang, and new gameplay that'll introduce some new combat styles as well! Additionally, a new side story adventure focusing on the sequel's main antagonist, Yoshitaka Mine, will be included called "Dark Ties"! You can view the trailer below!

Making the rounds on social media channels, a new image from the set of Avengers: Doomsday that’s reportedly crew merchandise shows off the character roster that’ll be in the film - including of course Captain America Sam Wilson, Doctor Doom, The Fantastic Four, The New Avengers (formerly Thunderbolts), and the X-Men with their comic book inspired outfits!
It’s not really a clear image to begin with, but hopefully this is a sign that we’ll be getting more official looks very soon from Marvel Studios as filming continues!
Making the rounds with the new DC Comics solicitations and teases online for December 2025, the very first look at the Absolute DC Universe’s version of The Joker has been revealed for “Absolute Batman” - and it’s very scary looking like a cross between Titan Joker and Pennywise The Dancing Clown in demon form no less!
Absolute Joker will make his first demonic appearance in Absolute Batman #15 this December.
After much anticipation and delays made to production as filming goes underway, the long awaited brand new “Street Fighter” film has made a big announcement and reveal - showcasing some new social media channels like Facebook AND a release date of October 16, 2026! The film will also be released under Legendary and Paramount Pictures - giving it some heavy duty distribution and promotion as the movie adapting Capcom’s signature fighting game IP is finally set for release next year!
Among the cast will be Andrew Koji as Ryu, Noah Centineo as Ken Masters, Cody Rhodes aa Guile, Roman Reigns as Akuma, Jason Momoa as Blanka, David Dastmalchian as M. Bison, and so much more! The film will be directed by Kitao Sakurai!

Set for release in over a month from now on Disney + and taking place after the events of “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”, Riri Willims embarks on her own solo adventure as a superhero in her very own MCU series “Ironheart” - which will begin this June 24 and have three episodes air on its debut.
Ironheart will end Phase Five of the Marvel Cinematic Universe on the television front, with the last film being Thunderbolts*/ The New Avengers - now playing in theaters.
