Jared Leto to play Morbius The Living Vampire in newest Spider-Man spin-off film by Sony

Looks like actor and musician Jared Leto is making the rounds when it comes to big blockbusters and superhero films, as The Hollywood Reporter reports that the Suicide Squad/ Joker actor is setting his sights at a Marvel character - namely Spider-Man ally/ foe Morbius The Living Vampire!

According to the report, Leto is cast in the lead role with "Safe House" director Daniel Espinosa helming the project. No other confirmation has been given yet save for the fact that this is the latest Spider-Man spin-off film that Sony Pictures is looking to adapt and is outside of the deal they made with Marvel Studios to incorporate Spider-Man (played by Tom Holland) into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Marvel Studios' "The Art of Iron Man: 10th Anniversary Edition" hits this October

It's hard to believe that it's been more than 10 years since Marvel Studios and director Jon Favreau took a gamble to jumpstart the Marvel Cinematic Universe with "Iron Man" - but it certainly paid off in spades and helped reignite the career of Hollywood star Robert Downey Jr. - who plays the titular character and his alter ego Tony Stark. As the heart of the MCU, RDJ and Iron Man have helped carry and connect all films of the MCU all the way to its long awaited convergence film in this year's "Avengers: Infinity War" - so it's only fitting that Marvel is going to celebrate a decade's worth of the Armored Avenger's first solo flick by releasing a 10th Anniversary edition of "The Art of Iron Man"!

As detailed in Amazon, the new release will be packed with exclusive content - from director Jon Favreau's vision in creating the film to bringing the Iron Man armor to life with the help of Stan Winston Studios! It sounds like a surefire collector's item piece for Iron Man fans - and this book will be released on October 9, 2018 and will retail for about $55.

Tetsuya Nomura says FF VII Remake and Kingdom Hearts III were announced too early

This month's E3 event had a lot of reveals and new trailers to get gamers around the world excited for what's to come later this year and beyond, but expectedly there were a few things that did not get a chance to make their presence felt - among them news and updates about Square Enix's Final Fantasy VII Remake.

According to a report by game blog VG 24/7 and Italian site Multiplayer, game director Tetsuya Nomura, who's also directing the upcoming Kingdom Hearts III, says that both games were announced too early. Comparing to other companies who announce their games when they're almost or close to completion, Nomura states that pressure contributed to Square Enix announcing them.

"In our case, we receive pressure from the fans even when we do not announce anything. They’re always asking us ‘are you working on this?’ or ‘why don’t you make a sequel for that?'” said Nomura. “Even after the announcement, the situation does not change, because then they’ll move onto asking us ‘when will it release?’ or ‘when will you show a new trailer?'"

Nomura also added that rumors also contributed to them revealing the games immediately.

“I am well aware of the fact that we announced it too early, but even in the industry, word was beginning to spread that we were working on the game, so we just decided not to keep it more secret and officially reveal it,” added Nomura.

And there it is. While Kingdom Hearts III has a release date of January next year for the PS4 and Xbox One, FF VII Remake is still the big question.
