Captain America: Civil War: Sokovia Accords from "Phase Two" box set reveal what the "Civil War" in the MCU is about

The divide and subsequent fight between different Avengers factions in Captain America: Civil War isn't regulated to just bruised egos or bones to pick with one another... But rather because of the "Sokovia Accords", which follow in the wake of the events of "Avengers: Age of Ultron" and the attack that the evil A.I. unleashed which almost destroyed the world.

As seen in Comic, a picture of the actual file that comes with the Marvel Cinematic Universe "Phase Two" box set has been revealed, and comes with a documented message that must be signed by members of the Avengers, as it states:

"In accordance with the document at hand, I hereby certify that the below mentioned participants, peoples and individuals, shall no longer operate freely or unregulated, but instead operate under the rules, ordinances and governances of the afore mentioned United Nations panel, acting only when and if the panel deems it appropriate and/or necessary. -Sokovia Accords"

Captain America: Civil War hits theaters on April 27, 2016 internationally and on May 6, 2016 in the US
