Resident Evil 5 hits PS4 and Xbox One on late June

Looks like Survival Action will be revisted once again for Resident Evil fans who own current generation platforms like the Playstation 4 and Xbox One, as Capcom has officially announced via Capcom-Unity page that Resident Evil 5 will be available digitally for the PS4 and Xbox One starting June 28. The game, which was originally released in 2009 for the PS3 and Xbox 360 and later PC, features Chris Redfield back as the main character along with his new partner Sheva Alomar, as they battle horrible bio-weapons and monstrosities as well as taking on the diabolical Albert Wesker.

Resident Evil 5 will be re-released digitally for PS4 and Xbox One on June 28, with a disc version coming shortly after on July 12. All modes, DLCs, and bonus content will also be included in the re-release.
