Teased to the world at this year’s Consumer Electronic’s Show, Sony unveiled their official logo for their next generation PlayStation console, aka the “PS5” - which is slated to hit this Holiday 2020. While not much has been revealed for the much anticipated ninth generation video game system, the Japanese media and entertainment giant did tease that the console would support 8k graphics, be backwards compatible with PS4 games, have super fast SSD’s to cut load times, and a tweaked new controller that swaps the rumble technology for haptic feedback tech and “adaptive triggers”, in addition to a new CPU and GPU as reported by The Verge.
