For those who saw teasers and promotions for just released Cowboy Bebop Netflix, longtime fans have asked wondered where Edward Wong Hau Pepelu Tivrusky IV, aka Radical Ed the hacker and the other member of the Bebop crew, has been and why she's mysteriously absent from the show.
