Of course, this is just the promotional shot featuring Garfield in costume. It's an obvious and total redesign; leaner, slimmer, and gives off the hint that he'll be sporting traditional webshooters instead of the organic ones used by Tobey Maguire in the Sam Raimi films. Marc Webb has got everyone curious so far, so we'll just have to wait and see how all this turns out.
