After releasing a couple of fresh and slick looking character posters to build up excitement for the movie's release, Marvel Studios and Disney up the ante more by releasing a brand new theatrical poster for their next Marvel Cinematic Universe move for "Phase 2", Captain America: The Winter Solider.
After seeing Cap/ Chris Evans, Nick Fury/ Samuel L. Jackson, and Black Widow/ Scarlett Johansson get their own solo posters, it's time for the whole cast to converge into one epic looking piece, and joining the fun are Robert Redford's character of senior S.H.I.E.L.D. leader Alexander Pierce, and Sebastian Stan returning as Steve Rogers' missing friend Bucky Barnes, now converted into the mysterious assassin known as The Winter Soldier.
Based on Ed Brubaker and Steve Epting's classic Captain America run and storyline of the same name, Captain America: The Winter Soldier will be set two years after the events of The Avengers, with Cap now working alongside S.H.I.E.L.D. and Black Widow. However, when a conspiracy ends up endangering the organization and the world, Cap and his allies must work together to stop those responsible... As well as a new adversary called "The Winter Soldier".
With a new trailer expected to be released on this Sunday's Super Bowl, Marvel has released a short teaser for that new clip, with some interesting scenes showcasing the action and conflict to come.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier, directed by Anthony Russo and Joe Russo, opens internationally on March 26, and April 4 in the US.
