Halloween is on the horizon, and while fans of the hit zombie series that is The Walking Dead get ready to suit up and trick or treat as their favorite characters or ghouls, there's a double serving of good news for those who have heavily invested in two important mediums of the franchise!
AMC's The Walking Dead has announced a 5th Season coming next year for the TV Series, and news of the Season 2 of "The Walking Dead: The Game" has been revealed, with details and an official teaser trailer!
For starters, AMC has announced that their hit TV Series based on the hit comic book by Robert Kirkman has officially been green lit for a 5th season! With Season 4 on the go and just airing its 3rd episode last Sunday, it'll be a wonder how things pick up in Season 5 after all is said and done. We'll just have to wait and see where showrunner Scott M. Gimple and the rest of the show's producers take Rick and company next, not to mention that other spinoff series to come set in the same world.
On the gaming side of things, Telltale Games has officially revealed the first clear information on their much anticipated "Season 2" of their highly successful "The Walking Dead: The Game". As a direct follow-up to the 2012 first season, players will now control the young and innocent Clementine, who was the second non-playable main character and companion of protagonist Lee Everett, whom he protected and cared for in the events of that game.
The Walking Dead TV Series currently airs on AMC. Play the first season of "The Walking Dead: The Game" as well as spin-off title "The Walking Dead: 400 Days" via PC, Mac, Consoles, and iOS now, with a "Game Of The Year" edition slated to come out for consoles this November as well.
