Thor Update: A new poster and a new banner debuts!

With two months to go before it shows in theaters, Marvel and Paramount have released two new images for their first superhero flick this year, Thor! Both shown and revealed in IGN as well as featured in Slash Film, first up is a new poster, featuring a mugshot of actor Chris Hemsworth in character and costume, with the entire image draped in a hue of red, and the words "The God Of Thunder" placed right smack in the middle before the logo to remind viewers of who exactly this man is.

If that wasn't enough, Marvel and Paramount have also released a banner featuring mugshots of not only Thor himself, but also of other prominent characters in the movie, namely Odin, Jane Foster, and Heimdall, combined together to form the main "THOR" logo itself.
