Coming out as new DLC next week for the PS3 and Xbox 360 (and PS Vita), a new mode will be available called "Heroes and Heralds", a team-based singleplayer and multiplayer mode that gives players new abilities based on cards they earn, which allows them to upgrade and customize their characters as they see fit. Choosing between two factions, players compete with one another, either as a Hero or as a Herald of Galactus, adding a new layer of gameplay for UMVC3 players to enjoy! Via You Tube, Machinima has uploaded this preview video of the mode, showing how the mode works and how card system comes into play.
