Batman vs Superman: Ben Affleck talks on Jimmy Fallon about his casting as Batman

Nearly a month since the BIG ANNOUNCEMENT was made on who would be playing the new Batman on Zack Snyder's untitled Man Of Steel sequel and "Batman Vs Superman" film, everyone in the world has been waiting to hear the thoughts and reactions from the man who will be taking on the role of a tired and seasoned Bruce Wayne and Dark Knight - Ben Affleck.

Well fortunately enough for us, the Hollywood actor, former Daredevil star and Argo director finally broke his silence, and during a guest appearance at the "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" show to promote his new film "Runner Runner" .

Check out the video to see what the man has to say, even addressing all concerns from the haters and those unpleased with his casting. Thanks goes to Batman-News for the heads up and scoop!

Ben Affleck Tells Parenting Stories, Talks Batman

So there you have it. After exchanging parenting stories with mr. Fallon, Ben says actually met with Warner Bros. and Zack Snyder, and was actually being prepared for the negative comments to come... And he took it with style. Big props to Mr. Affleck on that, and I like how he put things in a certain perspective: "If I can handle the Emmy snub, I can handle anything."

Can't wait to see what happens and how "BatAffleck" truly turns out in the months to come and when production officially begins.

The as of yet untitled "Batman Vs Superman" film is scheduled for a July 17, 2015 release.
