Ben Affleck Is Batman: No matter what, he stays, and it's too early in the game to judge

So, in case you didn't hear the news, let's reiterate and revisit the fact... Ben Affleck IS Batman.

Above you'll see one of the many fan posters made and appearing online to commemorate the announcement made just a few days ago - We have a NEW BATMAN. Despite drawing a LOT of mixed reactions and criticism from all fronts around the globe, I will certainly say that it's still TOO EARLY in the game to judge Affleck, and we should be patient well until we actually see news/ footage/ trailers showing him in the cape and cowl. Heck, we should wait until the movie shows on 2015 to get a proper view of what turns out, and even people known to be associated with Affleck, or have engaged in the comic book movie industry or have even played the role of the Caped Crusader at one point weigh in on Warner Bros. choice! Read on and see some of the comments from the stars who have buzzed and shared their thoughts via Twitter!

One of Mr. Affleck's longtime pals and associates, comic book writer and guru Kevin Smith, had this to say about the casting of his bestfriend as The new Dark Knight of Cinema

And even director Joss Whedon of Avengers fame points out:

Heck, even the legendary Batman of 1966, Adam West, had this to say:
That's a lot of reassurance going around from many for Mr. Affleck, who had been interested in suiting up as Batman after talking to Man Of Steel director Zack Snyder and Warner Bros. early this year, and has signed on for multiple appearances according to reports by The Hollywood Reporter and Coming Soon.

It's been rumored as well that the star has literally begun training for the role, working 2 hours a week and giving himself the physique necessary to play a charming Billionaire playboy, as well as an imposing Dark Knight Detective. We'll see how it goes down the road. In the mean time, let's fan the flames of hate and give the former Daredevil and Argo director a chance to shine and prove himself. Former Batman star Michael Keaton was questioned back before Tim Burton's Batman film came out in 1989... And look how that turned out eventually! This is a different Affleck from the "Bennifer" days, and I say let's wait and see what happens!

The new Batman/ Superman movie, which is a sequel to "Man Of Steel", hits theaters on July 17, 2015.
