DC Comics unveils new Batman/ Superman ongoing series for The New 52
Announced by DC Comics via USA Today, two of the comic publisher's iconic heroes will feature again as The World's Finest in a new ongoing team-up series for the New 52 universe- Batman/ Superman! Penned by Greg Pak and illustrated by Jae Lee, the new superhero duo series begins in June 2013 and features The Dark Knight and Man of Steel together again in one book since their last ongoing comic series prior to the relaunch - Superman/ Batman!
Greg Pak, known for his work in Marvel with the likes of Incredible Hulk and X-Men, now lends his writing talents to the DC New 52 universe with Batman and Superman as a team-up. This will be his first collaboration with Jae Lee, who has also done work with the House of Ideas with titles like Inhumans and The Dark Tower.
Now that both have come to the place where the World's Greatest Superheroes reside, it'll be fun to see what this creative team can offer to the table with this new ongoing that'll flesh out the friendship and adventures of Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent.
