X-Men: Days of Future Past: Bryan Singer casts Peter "Tyrion Lannister" Dinklage!

Looks like there's a lot of exciting things to look forward to with Bryan Singer's return to the X-Men franchise, as the director of X-Men, X2, and the upcoming Jack The Giant Killer just dropped a bombshell announcement on his official Twitter page that actor Peter Dinklage is going to be in X-Men: Days of Future Past!

For those who don't know the importance of this awesome Valentine's Day announcement, it means that the actor who plays the awesome Tyrion Lannister from HBO's highly successful Game of Thrones TV Series has been cast, and while the role is unspecified at this point, he'll be joining X-Men alum Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, James McAvoy, and Michael Fassbender! This will put Thronies and Xfans in a frenzy of excitement... And I'm among them to boot!

In related Days of Future Past news, Singer also revealed that parts of the movie will take place in the 1970's, and the period's US President Richard Nixon will be playing a part in the plot of the movie. Just WHO plays Nixon remains to be seen, but the director teased it would be an "interesting casting choice".
