Iron Man 2 Update: Hail The Black Widow!

This'll be the first entry in what I'll be hoping to cover once news breaks in every once in a while - Iron Man 2 updates! So far, steady info has been coming in since the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly got scooped on the web a couple of days ago. Here's how it looks like:


As you can see, the cover features Robert Downey Jr. back as a suited up Anthony "Tony" Stark and Mickey Rourke in his 'Whiplash' getup, but the real eyecatcher would have to be Scarlett Johansson, who's all dressed and pretty lookin' as Natasha Romanoff... aka THE BLACK WIDOW!



Is that really Scarlett?! In an uber sexy action pose for that matter? You damn right it is... and this will surely make any guy drool for a couple of seconds... done? Moving on, here's a comparison pic with the comic version:



As you can see, Scarlett's looking less like herself and more Black Widow alright. I'll have to wait until a trailer comes around and shows her in pure femme fetale action, but I give a big thumbs up to this casting choice. Jon Favreau's doing a pretty bang up job promoting part 2 - due in theaters May next year!
